Biden Pushing Americans Into Human Kennels

When Americans mark their ballots this November, their choice for president has never been clearer because we have had experience with both candidates sitting in the Oval Office. For those who are undecided or are too young to have a clear memory about how good we had it during the Trump Administration, let’s review just one aspect of this very recent history: Obama/Biden started the process of killing the suburbs, wiping out voting & zoning rights, withholding highway funds to force Americans out of their cars and making single-family homes illegal. The Biden Regime continued this destruction. IF they remain in power their hatred of the middle class will be unleashed without limits on January 20, 2025.

One of the Democrats’ interconnected priorities is already in full swing: forcing us out of our homes AND out of our vehicles. They are now cooking up schemes to accelerate our decline into serfdom with their 15-minute cities. The next generation will be living elbow to elbow with little privacy and few housing or lifestyle options.  “Experts,” politicians and bureaucrats claim multifamily zoning is key to combating climate change (a scam), racial injustice (all races will be equally miserable) and the nation’s growing affordable housing problem (caused mostly by Democrat policies and exacerbated by the Biden Regime).

HERDING 180 MILLION AMERICANS INTO CRACKERBOXES

According to the 2020 Census, 55% of Americans live in the suburbs.  The Biden Regime is in the process of herding these 180Million+ people into inner city cesspools.  The Obama/Biden Administration put in place a process of transforming the suburbs into crime-ridden, over-populated slums by removing their tax base and wiping out residents’ voting rights.  Their tax bases will be given to the adjacent Democrat-owned Big Cities and their land will be annexed to these cities WITHOUT A VOTE OF THE PEOPLE. 

The Trump Administration killed this scheme, but the Biden Regime quickly re-started it. As Marxists so often do, Obama/Biden reimagined and reinterpreted an existing law, the Fair Housing Act of 1968, so that they could sneak this tyranny past We The People. They don’t want the House & Senate, those pesky elected representatives of the people, involved and they don’t want any public debate.

The Biden White House spells out their plans on their website:

WHITE HOUSE THREAT MAY 16, 2022:

“Under the Plan, the Administration will: Reward jurisdictions that have reformed zoning and land-use policies with higher scores in certain federal grant processes, for the first time at scale.” [The bold italics was put there by the WH, not by me.]

What they really mean by “reward” is: If you don’t do what we say, we will withhold HUD funds and highway/road funds from your suburb. Your residents will be driving on deteriorating roads and your homeowners will be denied HUD-approved mortgages, to name just two ways you will be punished. This is a form of China-style Social Credit Scoring.

WHITE HOUSE STATEMENT JULY 27, 2023:

“President Biden’s economic vision is about building an economy from the middle out and bottom up, not the top down— that’s Bidenomics. A critical foundation of that vision, and the central goal of the Biden-Harris Administration’s Housing Supply Action Plan, is an economy where everyone has access to a safe and affordable home. That vision means lowering costs, including by building and preserving more housing, particularly for lower- and middle-income households. Today’s announcements will lower housing costs by tackling challenges that have stifled affordable housing for decades, as well as seizing immediate opportunities”

Of course, Bidenomics was designed to impoverish Americans. After the Biden Regime created the worse inflation since the 1970s, which increased the cost of housing nationwide, now they are gaslighting Americans with worthless promises. Bidenomics is wiping out the middle class and pushing ever more Americans into eating out of food banks and living on the streets.

The Biden Regime intentionally raised the inflation rate by 9.1% in just one month, June 2022, the worst in forty-one years!!!   The Consumer Price Index continued to push Democrats into ecstasy as it rose by 8.5% in July 2022 and by 8.3% in August 2022, with food inflation hitting 11.4% that month, the highest since 1979. Their plan to rob Americans of their financial security was working!!!!! 

KILLING SUBURBS TO SAVE DYING DEMOCRAT CITIES

Most major cities have been dying for some time due to mismanagement, corruption and horrible policies, virtually all of which have been controlled by Democrats for decades, Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland & Seattle being just four examples.  This scheme will not only put more money & power into Democrat hands, it will remove it from the hands of those who have no political agenda.  Compared to major cities, suburbs are more likely to be controlled by Republicans, Independents and/or Non-Partisans who have not bought into the Woke agenda and only want what is best for their neighborhoods. 

Once most of the burbs surrounding Big Cities have been conquered, the Democrats in DC will start destroying small towns, rural communities, farm & ranch lands by annexing them to nearby smaller cities, such as Rapid City, South Dakota, population 74,703. The DC Swamp has already claimed that thousands of acres of farmland and very small communities are within the “Rapid City Metropolitan Area” and will eventually be targeted for destruction.

KILLING PORTLAND & MINNEAPOLIS

The Obama/Biden/Harris scheme has three basic elements: 1) Inhibit suburban growth, and find ways to force suburbanites to move to cities. This can be achieved, for example, through regional growth boundaries, like Portland, Oregon has, and/or by neglect of road-building & repair, in favor of public transportation, like Portland has. 2) Force the urban poor into the suburbs through the imposition of low-income housing quotas which increases crime. 3) Institute “regional tax-base sharing,” where a state forces upper-middle-class suburbs to transfer tax revenue to nearby cities and less-well-off inner-ring suburbs (as in Minneapolis/St. Paul).

Some states run by Democrats have already jumped on board this method of destroying affordable housing. For example, several years ago, Oregon outlawed single family housing in any city, town or burb with more that 10,000 population. Existing houses will not be demolished, but new construction is prohibited. The beautiful suburb we called home for 32 years, West Linn, has already started the decline.

This scheme outlaws single-family housing, and was being implemented in many burbs on the east coast until Trump belatedly stopped it in 2020. Biden was so eager to wipe out middle-class suburbs that he resumed the process his first day in the Oval Office.  This robs decision-making from local communities for such things as zoning, housing, water & sewer, streets, roads & sidewalks, garbage pickup, parks & recreation, and gives it to the bureaucrats in DC. They then turn most of this power over to the adjacent, Democrat-run Big Cities, with strings attached that will ensure one-party rule indefinitely.

Since virtually all Big Cities have been controlled by Democrats FOR DECADES, Biden’s plan will turn even more money and power over to the same bureaucrats & politicians who turned their cities into the hellholes from which so many flee.  Many of their residents flee to the suburbs.  It is a top-down approach wherein voting rights and input of local residents is stripped away.

CONTROLLING THE SERFS      

It is all about CONTROL: Herding Americans into Big Cities where we are easier to control, where we are more dependent upon government, where formerly middle-class Americans, right along with the lower-income, will be stripped of choices, where each person will be suffering under the same confinement, where each person will lose part of his/her humanity.   

More & more Federal control and less & less citizens’ control over their own lives is the REAL GOAL.  More & more choices will be denied to Americans as the Ruling Elite gains ever more power.  They will still enjoy THEIR suburban lifestyles in mansions behind iron fences, where they don’t have to rub elbows with the serfs they control.  THIS is centralized planning exactly like in China, Cuba, and other Communist countries.
