The Democrat candidate for Washington’s governorship, who currently serves as attorney general, has been working on a scheme to send Christians, Conservatives, Republicans and other freethinkers to deprogramming camps, psych wards and/or prisons for the crimes of “wrong think” and “wrong speak.” AG Bob Ferguson drafted House Bill 1333 last year, found a number of Marxist House members to sponsored it, and submitted it to the legislature. [Attorney Generals’ offices never write legislation. Bill drafting is always done by the Legislature’s counsel office.]

Apparently, someone in the House read the First Amendment. This “1984” Bill did not get out of committee during last year’s legislative session. That didn’t stop the haters, however. UNDER THIS LEGISLATION THERE WILL BE NO ROOM IN PRISON FOR MURDERERS, RAPISTS

Washington’s Democrat Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, wants to populate the state’s prisons and psych wards with Christians, Conservatives, Republicans and anyone who thinks for themself, much like Soviet Russia threw citizens into gulags for merely questioning what the communist party was doing.  House Bill 1333 would give the attorney general’s office the power to arrest and/or civilly commit anyone for uttering “wrong” facts.  This is a terrifying plan to redefine “domestic terrorism” and punish “conservative” speech.

The AG defines “domestic violence extremism” as much more than real, blood-in-the-streets violence.  Ferguson includes “online disinformation” and “anti-government ideologies” as examples of the “domestic violence extremism” they want to criminalize.  Actually, street violence is acceptable under this bill, so long as it is committed by thugs pushing Democrat narratives and Marxist agendas, as was promoted in Washington and Oregon during the months-long racist riots in 2020.

HB 1333 would create a Domestic Violent Extremism Commission in the AG’s office, staffed only with Democrats, Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, Communists and Marxists. The members will recommend legislative “solutions to combat disinformation and misinformation, address early signs of radicalization, and develop a public health-style response.”

Of course, if free thinking were a “public health” issue, it would be housed in the Department of Health, not in the Attorney General’s office.  The commission’s “comprehensive” report will evaluate current laws and tools to tackle what they’re calling right-wing extremism, such as Christianity, and propose new legislation where there are holes.

Everyone reading this likely knows 10, 20, 30 Democrat voters who think this kind of legislation is a good thing because he/she wants to oppress your right to communicate freely. These voters are dangerous because they put Marxists like Washington’s attorney general and governor into office, and because they would be the first to call the “white supremacists behind every bush” hotline and turn you in once this Marxist commission is up and running.

FERGUSON BRAGS HE PLANS TO TARGET SPEECH, NOT VIOLENCE

Ferguson seems especially afraid of “older” Americans because they have more knowledge of and respect for the Bill of Rights THAT EXISTS IN NO OTHER COUNTRY ON EARTH: “What can we do to prevent the radicalization of folks who are a bit older, in their 40s, their 50s, their 60s?  And help them to get out of that if they are radicalized.”  He mentioned forced counseling.

In an interview with PBS*, which calls the legislation a potential “model for the nation,” Ferguson comes across as the weaselly hater he is. Perhaps he took his marching orders from Biden when he called Republicans “semi-fascists” in September 2022. Or, perhaps he wants to fill Washington’s prisons with political prisoners much like the corrupt US Attorney General has done. He told the PBS interviewer that the federal definition of domestic terrorism is “too narrow for the great threat that we see with the increase of radicalization, for example.” He is seeking legislative powers to intervene when he hears speech he disagrees with.

“So we’re trying to broaden that term to address things that are not specifically a threat to somebody, but where the state can take some action in prevention, for example, take a more holistic approach, a public health approach, to address what we all see and know is happening in communities all across the country,” he said. Where, Mr. Attorney General? Give us examples. All my friends and I see is harassment against citizens perceived to be Conservative or Republican.

Ferguson told PBS he could envision compelling “extremists” to enter counseling, just like the Soviets did.  For example, if an American mentions facts surrounding the 2020 presidential election within earshot of a Liberal, that Liberal can then turn him into the police, much like what is currently happening with the January 6th witch hunt. He could then be counseled into ignoring what his own eyes, ears & brain tell him. And if he doesn’t fall in line, he could be criminally charged, and/or thrown into a psych ward specially designed for people who believe in reality.

PERSECUTING WHITE CONSERVATIVES

The AG’s office makes it clear that they’re primarily interested in targeting WHITE PEOPLE.  Indeed, his office rejected the term “domestic terrorist” because they believed it was too “triggering” to “non-white” communities.  Ferguson is looking for creative ideas to criminally charge anyone who protests government overreach.

Ferguson has indicated that his office will use social media posts to hunt down “extremists” with their data being collected and stored by the government. The bill charges this Marxist commission with evaluating, “current legal tools, both civil and criminal, and making recommendations for potential new legislation and regulations to address violent domestic extremism.”

Under Ferguson’s scheme, if this landowner is white, he would be labeled an extremist and sent to deprogramming camp. I wonder what they would do if the landowner were “black” or “brown.”

BLACK LIVES MATTER & ANTIFA ARE NOT DEEMED DOMESTIC TERRORISTS

The AG’s office is coming for anyone who voices a “conservative” thought.  This commission is specifically designed to target white Conservatives and quash ANY complaints of government policies, which is why the legislation purposefully omits Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM) violence & rhetoric.  Indeed, it expressly supports their tactics.  

When this bill was introduced, there was no mention of Black Lives Matter and Antifa violence, despite the months-long, politically-inspired violence and threats all over Washington State (and nearby Oregon State) in 2020. While Democrat politicians cheered the violence, two black teens were murdered in Seattle, there was an attempt to burn officers alive inside a Portland police precinct after terrorists had attempted to seal it shut, and there was billions of dollars in property damage and thousands of injuries in Seattle & Portland alone.

During their presentation the bill’s promoters criticized a bail fund allegedly used to bail out members of “right-wing” Proud Boys, with NO mention of the exact same strategy used by BLM and Antifa terrorists and openly promoted by VP candidate Kamala Harris. Promoters of this bill claim that “white supremacists” have a “common cause” with “anti-mask and anti-vaccine narratives,” and “anti-critical race theory narratives,” and with those who voice concerns about election security and those who know there are only two genders.

FERGUSON KNOWS HIS PLANS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Ferguson has admitted this bill is unquestionably unconstitutional, BUT before the US Supreme Court has a chance to shoot it down and release all his political prisoners, there will be tens of thousands of victims.  He’s hoping that a friendly Washington State Supreme Court will give him a pass so he can victimize more & more Americans. And given that the commission has two years to complete its research, Ferguson is hoping that Liberals/Marxists will control the U.S. Supreme Court when this legislation ultimately arrives on their desks.

*The dishonesty of both Ferguson and the PBS interviewer is mind boggling. Just before this interview a 72-year-old Taiwanese man went on a shooting spree at a Taiwanese dance studio in Los Angeles County. These two implied that the shooting had been carried out by a “white supremacist” who hated Asians. All the victims were not only the same “race” as the shooter, but all were Taiwanese immigrants, as is my best friend. There are so few “white supremacists” Liberals are forced to make them up.
