This proposed legislation contradicts and subsumes our inalienable rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. That this legislation passed out of committee is a travesty. It should be tabled and never again see the light of day. Shame on the Marxist Democrats for even considering this horrendous legislation. We are a free country, not a communist police state dictatorship where we are threatened with sanctions for freely expressing our political opinions.
