In 2023’s America we are forced to find humor in the strangest places, lest we go mad. The latest laugh comes from the Department of Homeland Security. As potential terrorists, sex traffickers, drug mules, MS13 murderers, coyotes, diseased unfortunates and various other undesirables flood into our country, what is the braintrust at DHS focusing on?
PRONOUNS!!!
An internal US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) memo obtained by the Heritage Foundation prohibits border agents from using "he, him, she, her" pronouns when initially interacting with members of the public. Never mind trying to discern if the illegal alien standing before you is dangerous, is packing guns or drugs, is on the terrorist watch list, is a sex trafficking coyote, et al. Nooooooooooooooo, just find out what pronoun “it” prefers.
"DO NOT use 'he, him, she, her' pronouns until you have more information about, or provided by, the individual," reads the memo. The memo goes on to encourage agents to use "a universal greeting, such as 'Good Morning' or ‘Good Evening’ in the initial greeting." Heaven forbid that border patrol agents say “sir, madam, miss” in their greetings because they might hurt “its” feelings.
"If an incorrect pronoun is used and corrected by the individual, acknowledge the oversight and use the correct pronoun," the memo continues. Should the border agent grovel as he apologizes? Perhaps he should beg for forgiveness. Yes, as you are patting down the miscreant for drugs, knives or guns, for heaven’s sake, don’t “misgender” this foreign invader. You might hurt his feelings and he might report you to “the border is secure” Mayorkas.
The delusional jackasses who created this memo included "key terms" with definitions next to each: bisexual, gay, gender expression, gender identity, gender non-conforming, intersex, lesbian, non-binary, queer, questioning, sex assigned at birth, sexual orientation, transgender, transgender woman, transgender man and transitioning are all listed. Excuse me? So, as border patrol officers are chasing foreign invaders, worried they are armed, they must discern whether or not he/she is “intersex,” “questioning,” and/or “non-binary?” Surely, this is a joke.
Does DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas have a passport? Has he ever been to a foreign country? Has he ever met an illegal alien? Is he aware that most foreigners do not speak English? Probably not, since he is apparently unaware that most other languages do not have these asinine, fantasyland words, in part because they were created yesterday by cultural Marxists who hate America and have not yet polluted other cultures. If you ask a Somalian, for example, how he was “assigned at birth,” he will not understand what you are saying. The Marxists in Somalia have not yet created this method of destroying their society.
“PUBLIC WE SERVE:” REVEALS THEIR PRIORITY IS NOT AMERICA’S SOVEREIGNTY
"This job aid provides guidance to all CBP employees who interact with members of the public to help facilitate effective communication with the diverse public we serve, including individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, non-binary, and gender nonconforming (LGBTQI+)," the memo's introduction reads, adding that the guidance "should be used by all CBP employees."
Here, the CBP memo says it all: They are “serving” foreign invaders, not the American people. They are assisting the invaders to illegally cross our southern border and bending over backwards to make them feel wanted.
It also notes that the terms and definitions "are not universal" and that some LGBTQ individuals "may define these terms differently and the meanings of the terms may change over time." So, after a border patrol agent has studied & memorized all these new words and their definitions, he must keep an eye out for individuals who use different, newly made-up definitions? After all, he has nothing better to do, does he? The Biden Regime has prevented him from doing his real job since 1/20/21.
The only appropriate greetings by any government official, or any citizen for that matter, to any illegal alien should not, indeed, include the misuse of pronouns, but must be concise and clarifying: “GTFO.”
when confronted with pronounces, perhaps it is better to ask
have you a male or female body
