Anchor Baby Rule Does Not Apply To White Christians

The title says it all. The Biden Regime hates law-abiding legal Christian immigrants and loves murderous foreign invaders. Literally, as the Biden Regime is inviting and welcoming all types of criminals, barbarians, murderers, rapists, mentally insane, criminally insane, & terrorists into America, they are deporting a law-abiding, self-supporting, asylum-seeking Christian family back to Germany where the government will remove the children from their home because they homeschool them.

FLEEING PERSECUTION IN GERMANY

Due to child abuse in public schools, in 2006, Uwe & Hannelore Romeike began homeschooling their children pursuant to their evangelical Christian faith. Homeschooling for religious reasons is illegal in Germany, so they were fined and their children were forced back into public schools.

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, asylum may be granted to "people who have been persecuted or fear they will be persecuted on account of race, religion, nationality, and/or membership in a particular social group or political opinion."

In order to homeschool their five children, the Romeikes LEGALLY moved to Tennessee in August 2008, seeking asylum and settling in Morristown. They have had two more children while living in America, both of whom are American citizens. In January 2010, Immigration Judge Lawrence O. Burman approved the Romeikes' application for asylum, saying that the “family has a well-founded fear of persecution” by the German government for homeschooling.

IN LEGAL LIMBO FOR OVER A DECADE

In a very unusual move, Obama’s Department of Justice appealed the decision, and the Board of Immigration Appeals revoked the family’s asylum status in May 2012 and issued a final order for their removal. They appealed to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals where a three-judge panel ruled unanimously against the family, writing that they failed to show that Germany's enforcement of its school attendance law “amounts to persecution against them.”

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security allowed the family to stay under an order of supervision and indefinite deferred action status. Deferred action is “a discretionary determination to defer a deportation of an individual as an act of prosecutorial discretion,” according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Deferred action does not confer lawful status on an individual, and Homeland Security “is permitted to terminate or renew a grant of deferred action at any time based at its discretion.” “Deferred Action” is the program devised by Obama to allow children ILLEGALLY brought to America to remain in America, AKA DACA.

MAYORKAS CAN’T STAND LAW-ABIDING CHRISTIANS

During their annual check-in on September 6th, Biden’s Homeland Security Department told the Romeike family they had four weeks to secure passports to return to Germany. Once they are back, they expect the German government will remove their two minor children, both American citizens, from their care.

Uwe Romeike supports his family as a piano accompanist at nearby Carson-Newman University. There are seven Romeike children, two of whom are married to American citizens. Everyone is being deported despite the fact that they have lived law-abiding lives while here. One of the adult daughters has a newborn who is an American citizen. Thus, three American citizens, all children, are being deported, as well.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ANCHOR BABY POLICY?

Pregnant women from all over the world make the trek, too often dangerous, to America to give birth. They do so because they know that the US will not deport the mother (and father) of these anchor babies because they are deemed to be American citizens by birth. A House Judiciary Committee Hearing held in Yuma, Arizona in February, heard from the CEO of Yuma Regional Medical Center. He testified: “One of the largest cohorts are maternity patients.  We transport Yuma residents to either San Diego or Phoenix (180 miles away) to give birth because migrants take up all the maternity beds. Due to a lack of prenatal care, many of these babies require a stay in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  Some for a month or more at a time.” (Thus, there is no room for American babies.)

When the mothers, babies & other patients are released, according to this CEO, they locate family members for them, arrange & buy medical equipment, pay for medical flights to other facilities, pay for hotel rooms, car seats and other needs, for which there is NO reimbursement from the Biden Regime. The anchor baby and ILLEGAL parents are here to stay because DHS will not deport them unless they are white, Christian and legal, that is. There is more than racism involved here. The Biden Regime WANTS chaos and lawbreaking. This German family didn’t provide it.
