Great article Diane! I wish more J6ers would tell their stories. Some estimate 1-2 million people attended that Rally. If every one of them spoke, these Communists would have NO narrative to stand on. Sadly, the arrests on J6ers drove those that would stand/speak up into hiding. It’s time to be Courageous!

I watched January 6th from my office with 2 screens following two separate independent media sites. I watched and listened to Trump's rally, watched and listened to people walking and arriving at the capitol. Out of the blue my phone started blowing up with news alerts about people breaking into the capitol - I said, "what?!?" I scoured the live video feeds on my two computers - nothing. I started switching back and forth to other independent media feeds - nothing. I was watching the capitol in real time and NOTHING was going on. There were people scaling the scaffolding to hoist flags, but that's about it. Meanwhile, mainstream media was telling everyone the capitol was under attack - I saw none of this. Eventually some of my video feeds DID show people going into the capitol - but it showed people sightseeing - no panic or running around. I knew instantly that a huge colossal narrative was forming and that Trump and his supporters were sitting ducks. In the days that followed I was dismayed how many of my friends and family parroted the same hyped up media talking points, as if they were all reading from the same script. Shortly thereafter, Trump was permanently banned on Twitter and the real dread set in that our most sacred rights were being stripped away - in the full light of day - and to the applause of many. Innocent Americans were targeted and thrown in solitary confinement - and are still there!!! It is still extremely unsettling - though I don't know what bothers me more, the weaponization of our most trusted institutions, or the fact many of my fellow American's don't seem to even care!
