WHISTLE BLOWERS: FBI VIOLATING AMERICANS’ FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS

Do Not Talk To FBI Agents

This is the first in a series of articles I will write about the Federal Bureau of Investigation (and the US Department of Justice) being turned against law-abiding Americans.  Fourteen FBI whistle blowers are in the process of exposing the FBI and the DOJ, with the help of Congressman Jim Jordan, (R-OH).  As more facts are revealed I will report to you.

This article focuses on how, when and why the FBI was first turned against everyday Americans.

COMEY’S TEAM   

The public first became aware that the FBI had become an arm of the Democrat Party on July 5, 2016 when FBI Director James Comey went before TV cameras.  He proclaimed that Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton had broken numerous federal statutes by creating an illegal server and keeping thousands of top-secret documents on it that had been accessed by foreign enemies.  DESPITE massive evidence and Clinton’s admission of lawbreaking, Comey concluded that she should not be prosecuted.  We now know that just days later Comey & his team started fabricating the documents that would create the Russia Collusion Hoax.  The persecution of Donald J. Trump continues to this day.

CHILD’S PLAY

Considering the “small” number of FBI agents involved, the Russia Collusion Hoax is almost quaint compared to the unconstitutional scheme that US Attorney General Merrick Garland unleashed on Day One when he took office in March 2021:  Scour the countryside, find, arrest, jail and indict anyone and everyone who had been in Washington DC on January 5th and/or 6th and those who supported same.  As midterms approach, Garland has doubled down on his efforts to terrorize voters.

One FBI Whistle Blower is former Special Agent Kyle Seraphin who objected to Garland’s use of FBI agents to investigate unhappy parents.  He knew that spying on parents when no crime had been committed violated their civil rights.  He filed a complaint under the Whistle Blowers Act, which was designed to protect him from retaliation.  When his name was revealed, the FBI illegally fired him.  During his recent interview with Dan Bongino Seraphin came across as very comfortable with his termination.  He said he didn’t join the FBI to violate Americans’ First Amendment Rights, and would not have stayed regardless.

Seraphin read the FBI memo ordering agents to use Patriot Act tools against parents and giving parents “threat tags,” based only on tips that they voiced opposition to school board policies.  This required agents to start files on each such parent, and begin COUNTER TERRORISM INVESTIGATIONS.  He called these political hatchet jobs, and he knew he couldn’t be involved.

Under Garland’s orders to hunt down and persecute as many Trump-supporting Americans as possible, the FBI set up a special unit with three squads and housed them in a special building in DC, not in the DC headquarters and not in the DC field office.  This was done to prevent other agents from discovering the unprincipled tactics of the 1/6 Unit.  They brought in thousands of agents from field offices all over the country who had done national security work.  Every field office was required to provide agents.  All existing cases that these agents had been working on were closed.

INSANE & ORWELLIAN

Long established FBI procedures were discarded.  After January 6th, hundreds of thousands of half-baked leads came in from all over America.  The FBI call centers were flooded.  Prior to the rule change, 99% of such leads would have been ignored as mental cases or just people wanting to cause trouble for someone they disliked.  Agents in the 1/6 Unit were required to follow up on E-V-E-R-Y S-I-N-G-L-E L-E-A-D, however absurd.  Before the 1/6 Unit was formed, attending rallies was considered PROTECTED ACTIVITY UNDER THE BILL OF RIGHTS, according to Seraphin.

A FIELD DAY FOR LIBERAL HATERS

Seraphin told Bongino that he personally saw 1000-2000 of these half-baked leads.  This writer imagines my Liberal acquaintances breathlessly calling the FBI tip line to retaliate against each Trump supporter they know.  I want to thank them for not reporting me.*

Seraphin shared several examples of typical 1/6 tips:

“Hey, I knew Dan back in high school, he was a real a-hole, he loved Reagan, he probably loves Trump.”

 “I don’t know if he was at 1/6, but he probably would have been.”

“I haven’t seen him in 10 years, but he kind of looks like (photo) #75, go get him.”

That’s garbage, according to Seraphin.  Normally FBI agents throw these in the trash.  After January 6th all these tips from “crazies” were followed up on.   

Many, many naïve Americans actually talked to FBI.  They hadn’t gone to DC, but mentioned that a buddy went, gave the buddy’s name and FBI went to arrest the buddy for trespassing.  FBI agents had NEVER, EVER dealt with misdemeanors UNTIL the January 6th Unit was formed.

BAD NEWS, GOOD NEWS

Two FBI agents with stellar records were suspended just days after attending Trump’s DC rally and had their security clearances revoked.  These agents got nowhere near the capitol building.  When they saw Antifa thugs arriving, the agents left.  Many FBI agents retired over this politicizing of their work.  They refused to turn against Americans over political differences with the Biden Regime.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO WHEN FBI AGENTS SHOW UP?

When FBI agents show up at your home, your place of work, your school, stop you as you are boarding a plane, stop you while you are at the drive thru of a fast-food restaurant, or ANYWHERE, and tell you that they “just want to talk,” what should you say?

My advice is simple.  The first word out of your mouth should be “lawyer.”  If they say “oh, you are not a suspect, we just need to talk to you,” you should say “General Flynn.”  When they say “we just need some information you may have that would help us with one of our cases, don’t you want to help put away a bad guy,” your response should be “Lieutenant Commander Thomas Caldwell.”   Tell them to get off your property and politely close the door.  DO NOT SAY ANOTHER WORD.

One trick the FBI uses against political targets is, if you answer a question and your answer is wrong or they think it is wrong THAT is all they need to start the ball rolling to eventually indict you for “lying to the FBI.”  You are not allowed to be mistaken, honestly mistaken, when trying to answer their questions.  THAT is how they began the persecution of Michael Flynn.  One FBI agent laughed as he explained their methods.  If you say “the car was red” and it turns out that the car maker calls the color “crimson,” THAT is all they need to charge you with “lying to the FBI.”

*This American has not been in DC in this century.
