RED FLAG LAWS: Putting “Karens” In Charge

Think Red Flag laws are about public safety? Think again.

Thanks to Democrat politicians, and some Republicans politicians, the federal government is now using YOUR tax dollars to bully states into enacting or modifying Red Flag laws to make it easier to wipe out YOUR Second Amendment Rights.  Keep this in mind when you vote November 8th. 

YOUR HATE-FILLED NEIGHBOR HAS A NEW TOOL

Red Flag laws give the Delusional Left, the "Karens*," another tool with which to torment their neighbors, colleagues, etc.  Much like abuse restraining orders, they will be abused with little restraint.  There is NO punishment for lying on the paperwork.  With abuse restraining orders, at least the petitioner has to fit into a narrow group such as: lives with or had sex with the "abuser."  Depending upon how each state** drafts its Red Flag law, there may be few restraints on the Karens who target others as a way to feel important and as an outlet for their hatred. 

Like abuse restraining orders, 99% of the time judges will rubber stamp them, without evidence, based only on Karen’s word.  Judges’ attitudes are to “error on the side of safety,” NOT on the side of the law-abiding target’s constitutional rights.***

Karen’s target (victim) will NOT be in the courtroom when the judge decides to wipe out the target’s constitutional rights to due process, to confront his/her accuser and to bear arms, all guaranteed by the US Constitution.  He/she will only learn about the complaint when police arrive to remove legally acquired, legally possessed firearms.  Americans who state facts in contradiction to the government's "official narrative" or openly support “conservative” policies will be targeted the most. 

We will see SERIAL COMPLAINERS filing Red Flag orders against dozens of people.  Every time someone does something to make Karen mad, BAM!  Another policeman will be dispatched to take away someone's guns WITHOUT DUE PROCESS.  Once Karen discovers that her new neighbors are both Conservatives AND own a gun, BAM!  Here comes the SWAT team!  When Karen’s co-worker, who happens to have a concealed carry permit, gets the promotion Karen wanted, BAM!

ROBBERS, RAPISTS, MURDERERS ARE SAFE

Police in Democrat-controlled jurisdictions will be overwhelmed.  A "cottage industry" is likely to spring up wherein Marxist groups, such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and every gun-hating NGO funded by George Soros, will assist Karens in this harassment.  They may even provide Karens with names and addresses of targets.  Why do you think California recently (illegally) released the names and addresses of hundreds of thousands of gun owners? 

This is YET ANOTHER way to limit Americans' Second Amendment Rights, AND Freedom of Speech Rights.  We The People will be afraid to openly support the Second Amendment for fear a Karen will emerge to take her Leftist hate out on YOU.  By the time SCOTUS strikes it down (four – eight years?) hundreds of thousands of law-abiding gun owners will have lost their constitutional rights and their firearms. 

Police won't have time to chase muggers, rapists, murderers, etc. because they will be knocking on YOUR door, demanding YOUR guns.  The street thugs will remain free to terrorize citizens.

WIPING OUT OUR PRECIOUS BILL OF RIGHTS

Does anyone believe Red Flag laws are really about public safety?  If Democrats were concerned about public safety they would stop importing Fentanyl across our southern border.  Fentanyl POISONINGS (not overdoses) are the Number One cause of death for Americas ages 18-49, exceeding ALL gun-involved deaths, over half of which are suicides.   

With help from Karens, politicians & bureaucrats are now one step closer to wiping out the entire Bill of Rights.  Without an armed citizenry, Americans will be at the mercy of tyrants, AKA The Ruling Elite.

ARE YOU BETTER OFF THAN YOU WERE JUST TWO YEARS AGO?

*Men can be “Karens,” too.

**Nineteen states and DC now have some version of Red Flag laws.  Hawaii currently allows co-workers to file Red Flag complaints.  How is THAT working out for employees who work with Karens?  Florida’s statute is more narrowly drafted, only allowing law enforcement to file complaints.  Maryland and Washington DC grants “mental health providers” the right to file complaints.  On the surface, that sounds like common sense; however, the mental health “profession” is completely owned by the Hard Left.  For decades now, graduate schools have been training/indoctrinating students in Progressive/Marxist ideology.  These “professional” Karens are just itching to declare “conservatives” who happen to own guns to be dangerous.  Patients will not feel free to candidly express themselves to any of these “professionals.”
