I agree! I remember this lawsuit because it forced me, as a manager for a large corporation, to STOP giving aptitude tests for job applicants. The reasoning was: blacks have lower IQs than whites, Asians, et al, so tests are not fair. I am not saying I agree with that reasoning, but THAT was the convention wisdom in the 1980s.
