I have been researching and writing about this hotline for some time now. Here is one of the many problems with this statute: local police are supposed to visit the "offending" person, EVEN THOUGH NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED. Once at your house the police is NOT ALLOWED to give you ANY details about the event, which could be months ago and you have NO IDEA what the police is talking about. The poor police have been sent to your house to scare you into NOT TALKING WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS.
Works like the lockdowns. Humm. It sure seems to be working that way in Great Britain. The propaganda machine has no competition if people can’t talk to each other.

I am not at all surprised to find Spokane County on that list. EVERYTHING twisted, perverted, or anti-Liberty is always TESTED in Spokane, WA. That is what we learned in the 8 years we lived south of Spokane. The 'See Something, Say Something" mantra of the left ended up causing the death of a developmentally disabled man, Otto Zehm and it was horrible. (DEATH by COP)

If you can believe it -- it is true -- Ozzie Knezovich, former Spokane County Sheriff said that Constitutionalists and Ron Paulers needed to be "watched" and if necessary "dealt with." They are hardly White Supremacists. Those could actually be found, at the time, WAY OUT in the woods of Northern Idaho.

Dems chose Spokane as one of the counties in the pilot program BECAUSE they view Spokane as a bastion of those mythical "white supremacists."
