DEI creates racist behavior. Enabled people have trouble with logic and facts!

Here's how you can actively do something about Woke organizations and their "DEI" - STOP WORKING FOR THEM: "Workplaces to avoid if you are white, male, or straight": https://daveziffer.substack.com/p/workplaces-to-avoid-if-you-are-white

For those who idolize Martin Luther King: Yes he seemed well intentioned, and yes he was a martyr for what seems like a virtuous idea, and because of these things he is due some great respect. During the fifty years that we've been weaving King's desegregation message into our society, the attitudes of whites toward blacks have changed enormously, to the point where whites now patronize blacks and grant them advantages that no other racial group in the USA has ever come close to enjoying. Unfortunately this whole concept has failed. In those fifty years, despite the kid-gloves treatment, black society has crumbled to where 80% of black children grow up in fatherless homes, proportionately fewer blacks own those homes, the black crime rate (especially violent crime) is almost unimaginable, and most black children are catastrophically unprepared for adult life after 13+ years of government schooling. As we revel in celebrating King's memory, we seem to forget that his ideas have not only failed, but that black U.S. culture has devolved disastrously.

Why do Democrats now push for "DEI" and spew fantastic vitriol about "white supremacy"? Well, when you desperately need the black vote, you have to make excuses for why your party's fifty-year-old "civil rights" legislation is a total failure. In this speech here, Sam Dickson talks about the reality rather than the dream. This link starts you at the relevant part of the speech (at 13:20; you'll probably have to click past two ads): "Sam Dickson - A Benediction for Heretics": https://rumble.com/v45q0of-sam-dickson-a-benediction-for-heretics.-2023.html?start=800

Mr. Dickson is very impressive. Had not heard him speak before. Thank you.

All the speakers at American Renaissance are impressive. They speak unvarnished truth and they support it with data. The most impressive speaker there is Jared Taylor, who runs the place. He has many videos on Rumble that you would no doubt find interesting.

Your stats are a little off, but the message is quite valid. About 60% grow up in fatherless homes, and of black men, nearly 50% serve time in prison, so they aren't good role models. More than 77% of black kids are illegitimate, and most of them will be on welfare. 44.6% of black adults are on food stamps, and very few welfare mothers ever hold a job in their whole lives, so kids lack a role model for personal responsibility.

White people can't fix this. Only black men and women can change this. I'm tired of being blamed because someone else got pregnant at 15 and never held a job.

Teaching Blacks They Can't Succeed Without White Liberals -- That subhead encapsulates the Democrat Party's ideology and agenda.

"Blacks can't succeed AT ALL in this country" is EXACTLY what Barack Obama told them --- while being President and having a black Attorney General and many blacks in office.

Equality under the law and equality of opportunity (which we’ve had since at least 1964) are the only paths to equality. We have these.

Demands for anything else simply are demands to be treated unequally, which we also have been doing since Affirmative Action began discarding merit and pursuing skin color. If equality were demanded, standards would not need to be lowered; indeed it would be demanded that they NOT be lowered, as doing so perpetuates both the perception and reality of inequality.

Equality of outcome is pure entitlement: un-earned access to whatever - wealth, jobs, etc. Three generations of lowered standards and equal opportunity have not resulted in equal outcomes.

The only two explanations extant are:

1. Lack of effort (I’ve before noted I was an IBM SE with LAUSD as an account and often listened to black kids in South Central accusing other black kids (high school) as “tryna act white” for taking home books to do homework,) and

2. Lack of ability. Given that the global south never invented anything, it is axiomatic that they could not envision, which made it impossible to create - or sustain, as we see in S Africa), the modern world of complex systems.

The longer we reject merit, the less progress we will make, hurting all mankind. That we insist on this nonsense for a franchise block less than 12% of the franchise is insane.

Dr. King absolutely would have repudiated DEI. His niece Alveda King does.

His dream was for his children (and everybody else) to be judged "on the content of their character, not the color of their skin." That is the opposite of DEI.
