Fighting Foreign Invasion One State At A Time

When Texas Governor Greg Abbott started defending his citizens from foreign invaders I said “what took him so long?” There is no hope for California as Democrats turned it into a Third World state before Biden imported his “newcomers.” But, what is wrong with New Mexico & Arizona? Even though their governors are Democrats, don’t they care about their citizens? Apparently not. In the early days of the invasion these four border states we taking the brunt of it; however, Biden’s 16 million guests are now residing in every 48 continental states. Apparently, the Biden Regime is not yet flying illegals to Hawaii & Alaska. Every American in the “Lower 48” is suffering from the invasion, one way or the other.

IOWA HAS GROWN A BACKBONE

In December, Abbott signed into law a bill that makes entering Texas illegally a state crime. Iowa took a page out of Texas’ book to weeks ago when Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, a Republican, signed a bill into law that makes it a crime to be in the state after being deported, after being denied admission to the United States, or while having an outstanding deportation order.

The new law, which takes effect on July 1st, is similar to Texas’ Americans-First law that allows state officials to arrest & detain suspected illegal aliens and allows state judges to order illegals to be deported. The Biden Regime sued the State of Texas; therefore, their law is currently blocked as a federal appeals court considers its constitutionality.

“Those who come into our country illegally have broken the law, yet Biden refuses to deport them,” Reynolds said. “This bill gives Iowa law enforcement the power to do what he is unwilling to do: enforce immigration laws already on the books.”

A person arrested under the new Iowa law would have the option to accept a deportation order from a state judge or face potential prosecution, according to the bill. The judge’s order would need to include the manner of transportation for the person to a port of US entry and the law enforcement officer or state agency responsible for overseeing the illegals’ removal.

COLORADO COUNTIES STANDING UP TO SANCTUARY CHAOS

El Paso and Douglas Counties have filed a lawsuit against the State of Colorado over its sanctuary policies that they argue “create dangerous conditions” for residents and undermines federal immigration laws & regulations and are “illegal and unconstitutional.”

“The Colorado General Assembly enacted Colorado House Bills 19-1124 and 23-1100, which prohibit local governments from cooperating with the federal government in immigration matters,” the complaint reads. “The nation is facing an immigration crisis. The nation, the state, and local governments need to cooperate and share resources to address this crisis.”

The two counties are both located south of Denver where about 40,000 illegals have relocated over the last 16 months, pushing the two major healthcare systems to the brink of collapse. Officials in Douglas County believe other counties may want to join the lawsuit. “We’re in the middle of an illegal immigration crisis,” Douglas County District 2 Commissioner George Teal told the media. “Terrorists are infiltrating our southern border. You know who’s catching them? It’s not the federal authorities. It’s local law enforcement.”

Local law enforcement in Colorado is prohibited from arresting or detaining illegals and state judicial officials can’t share information regarding illegals with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. Basically, the bills are designed to protect illegals while tying the hands of local law enforcement. The state is telling residents, who elect local officials, that they must not interfere with the state welcoming illegal aliens and paying for endless support for them.

John Fabbricatore, a retired ICE Denver Field Office Director and current Republican congressional candidate for Colorado’s 6th District, said that sanctuary policies like those in Denver place a higher priority on rights of illegal aliens over the safety of Americans.

“By shielding criminal offenders from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and possible deportation, these policies allow them to remain in communities where they may continue to pose a threat to public safety. This not only puts American citizens at risk but also undermines the rule of law and the authority of ICE,” Fabbricatore said.

Some Americans and some politicians are finally waking up to the problems caused by the Biden Regime and Americans-Last Democrats. The people are starting to push back and taking the fight into the courtroom.
