Texas Evicts US Border Agents From Eagle Pass

The State of Texas has seized all property owned by the City of Eagle Pass that is along the border’s riverfront under Governor Abbott’s emergency powers. This includes the federal processing locations and equipment. All access to the property, which is 2.5 miles along the Rio Grande River, is limited to state officials only. Texas National Guard is blocking Biden’s Border Patrol from accessing the area except to remove their equipment and supplies, unless there is a medical emergency.

FINALLY! A GOVERNOR IS STANDING UP TO BIDEN’S LAWLESSNESS

Does the State of Texas have legal authority to deal with foreign nationals who enter Texas illegally? The short answer is “yes,” because our constitution expressly grants such authority to every state.

U S Constitution, Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 states:

"No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."

As a reserved State power, States have the right to repel an invasion when "actually invaded."  Who can deny that Texas has been and is being invaded?  If the National Government (AKA the Biden Regime) refuses and neglects their constitutional duty to "protect each (State) of them against invasion" each state has the authority and obligation to step in to stop the invasion and protect its citizens.   

U S Constitution, Article IV, Section 4 states:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each (State) of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Texas is within its sovereign right to take the action it has taken under orders of the Chief Executive (Governor Abbott) in removing all federal officers from Eagle Pass!

Bravo Texas!  Will this become a trend and quickly spread to other States?  The fact of the matter is, every State has become a border State.*
