Many are click-bait for partisan websites, or their samples are too small, or they're not scientific, or they're simply fake, like the one that Huffington Post ran right before Election Day that showed Hillary Clinton at 99% and Donald Trump at 1%. I believe most people choose not to participate in phone polls, so if that's true, they're not representative of voters, either.
