OK, good article. However, per FOX Weather, those reservoirs are actually FULL; they did NOT run dry. Access to the water was somehow denied, so the hydrants ran dry. I also have heard that due to excess demand, the water pressure was too low, causing SOME hydrants to go dry. Certainly, there needs to be an investigation into the inadequate water supply at the hydrants. I agree those 4 lesbian women should NOT be in charge of all the men out there. We don't need diversity when it comes to fighting fires, and our lives are more important than salamanders.

No they were not. Not sure what you are referring to but multiple reporters have gone to the reservoirs showing them bone dry. Not recently emptied but bone dry. They were fully full after last February rains.
