Double The Hate?

Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), who has represented Seattle since 2017, has distinguished herself as one of the more hate-filled members of congress. She hates Jews, Republicans, Conservatives, Christians, Trump supporters and virtually everyone who disagrees with the Marxist policies she promotes. That is likely why she is the chair of the House Progressive Caucus. Her hate-spewing rhetoric even shocked CNN’s host, Dana Bash, during a discussion of the Hamas atrocities. Siding with the terrorists, Jayapal said “Hamas is using this (rape & sexual abuse) as tools; however, we have to be balanced about bringing in the outrages against Palestinians.”

SISTERS IN CONGRESS?

Representative Jayapal’s older sister, Multnomah County (Portland) Commissioner Susheela Jayapal, is stepping down, over two years short of her term’s end in December 2026, to pursue a run for Oregon’s 3rd Congressional District following the announcement by longtime Representative Earl Blumenauer that he would not seek re-election. This congressional district stretches from inner city Portland to rural areas to the east and to the southeast. Since 90% of Portlanders are registered Democrats and numerically overwhelm rural voters, the congressional district is considered one of the safest Democrat seats in the US House.

Jayapal was first elected to the county commission in 2019 and won re-election just last year. As a commissioner, Jayapal pushed for taxpayer-paid services for illegal aliens, unconstitutional “racial justice” programs, homelessness prevention policies and eviction defense support. Although Jayapal claims she is an advocate for the homeless, Portland’s homeless population exploded during her tenure. Everywhere one goes in the Portland Metro Area, one sees people living in tents, under freeway overpasses and on street corners. The problem is so overwhelming that neighboring suburbs are taking in Portland’s homeless.

The county swiftly distributed massive amount of tax dollars meant for homeless prevention programs, while much of it was siphoned off as graft & grift. Nevertheless, Jayapal claims she was limited in her homelessness “achievements” at the county level, and believes this can be overcome by working at the federal level. “The roots of our homelessness crisis lie in federal disinvestment over decades,” Jayapal said. “And we need the federal government to come back into that space in serious ways.”

If elected to Congress, Jayapal said she wants to focus on gun control, homelessness, access to abortion, LGBTQ+ civil rights and combating climate change, thereby proving she has no interest in improving life for the majority of her constituents. She will also be in rare company serving alongside her younger sister, Pramila Jayapal. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) and her sister Loretta Sanchez (D-CA), who currently serve in the US House, are the first pair of sisters to so serve.

WEST COAST CONTINUES TO DECLINE

Residents in California, Oregon & Washington have taken to calling it COW. There is little difference between these three states because they are in a race to the bottom to see which state will turn into a Third World dictatorship first as they destroy the middle class and stomp our Bill of Rights into the ground. I have lived most of my life in Oregon and Washington, including my childhood, and pine for the time when my neighbors and I did not know what crime, homelessness, poverty, fear and hatred looked like.
