I think it’s probably naive to think there’s a judicial solution to Fauci, Birx, et al., just as it’s naive to think there’s a judicial solution to a congress that spends $34T it will never have, funds a foreign war without constitutional authorization, or opens the border in blatant rejection of our laws.
