A larger question that nobody seems to discuss is why exactly Russia invaded Ukraine when it did. Note the timeline: (1) Biden installed as "president" on January 20, 2021; (2) Russia invades Ukraine February 24, 2022. I have no doubt that Ukraine has been a playground for corrupt senators and congressmen for decades; there's a reason why so many enter Congress as middle-class folks and emerge years or decades later as multi-millionaires. My guess is that these criminals' Ukrainian energy-company dealings have had adverse effects on Russia's energy business. Putin and his predecessor (Yeltsin) had been putting up with this since 1991, and no doubt Putin knows far more about the Biden family's real income than anyone in the USA. But apparently Putin could deal with Ukrainian energy-business meddling until one of our congressional Ukraine playboys actually became president.
