Trump off the 2024 presidential ballot AND, settles for all time, whether any state can take any presidential candidate off the ballot. There are only THREE constitutional requirements. Hard to figure SCOTUS ...
They've been pretty good lately, but I'm really sweating their upcoming ruling on MOORE v U.S., because I have in fact profited on gains on my house ... I hold title free and clear, but I did a reverse mortgage back in 2015 ... my loan balance is now only payable upon the sale of my house ... but if SCOTUS rules against us, I suppose they could call in all loans payable and due within 30 days if I'm unable to pay the new gains tax ... the SCOTUS ruling on 2010 CITIZEN's UNITED v FEC really proved we dare not assume they will make a fair decision.
