US Constitution Trumps Corrupt Prosecutors
Despite what the talking heads and political hacks would have you believe, there are only THREE requirements in the US Constitution for a person to be eligible to serve as president. This is written in plain English. If you can read, you do not need any self-proclaimed “expert” to explain it to you.
Article II of our precious US Constitution clearly states who can serve as President of the United States:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Is Donald J. Trump eligible to serve as president again?
1) Natural born citizen: Check!
2) Over age 35: Check!
3) Has been living in America for the last 14 years: Check!
Regardless the political persecutions, indictments & convictions, Donald J. Trump is eligible to serve as President of the United States for four more years.
But, but, but, what if he is in prison?
Some Americans are concerned that Biden’s political hacks will convict Trump and throw him in prison before January 20, 2025. Well, yes, corrupt Democrat judges may convict him and sentence him to prison. Not likely, but possible. Democrats, Progressive & Marxists are getting ever more desperate to prevent Trump from returning to office and implementing Agenda 47. If convicted, he will immediately appeal and is likely to be out on bond awaiting the appeals process. If he is sent to prison the minute he is convicted, the prison will need to clear a whole floor to accommodate Trump’s Secret Service agents’ needs. Given the duties of a president, the entire prison may need to be taken over so his presidential staff has ready and continual access to him.
President Trump will be the most important political prisoner ever. He will need a food taster he can trust.
Media & Democrats Recruiting Hit Man?
First, Rep. Dan Goldman (NY-D) stated on MSNBC that Trump needs to be eliminated. Has he received a visit from the Secret Service? Then, Business Insider is fantasizing about Trump’s death and published a piece titled: “Here’s what happens if Donald Trump dies while running in the 2024 presidential election.”
The potential assassination of our legal President is something that worries me beyond words. These liberal Marxist/Socialists/Communists will do whatever it takes to destroy any chance we have to get rid of the Deep State and give the Democrats 4 more years.
You know I have never hated anyone nor had any racial issues against any minority but it sure has changed.
