Isn't this malicious prosecution? What recourse does Trump have? These prosecutors have abused the process if for no other reason than to destroy reputation and finances. I read recently a SCOTUS decision in the 70's gave prosecutors immunity just like pharma, so now they can be just as corrupt with nothing stopping it except those who have any personal honor.
Many states have laws against malicious prosecution, but I don't know if New York does. Besides, he will be too busy saving America to deal with a malicious prosecution case.
