I agree. Biden CAN BE prosecuted after January 20th for his pay to play scheme. So can Hunter, Frank, Jim, probably Valerie & Jill, if not others in the Biden Crime Family.
I’m not sure that’s true. Biden is actively breaking the law. It is difficult to see how violating the oath of office he takes is an “official” duty under that oath.
Seems to me that, once he violated our immigration law, which he has done, literally millions of times (as has Mayorkas), that his violation can be seen as an “official” action. The law precludes his taking that action, so it being “official” would seem oxymoronic, no?
I think his failure to enforce immigration statutes AND aiding & abetting illegals would, based upon this immunity ruling, be deemed to be within a president's duties. Disgusting though it is.
Pardon, no. Only people who have been convicted can be pardoned. The court merely ruled that many of the lawfare charges against him violate presidential immunity. Biden is thus protected from the massive harm he caused for Americans while he was pretending to be president.
