While some folks might doubt that state bar authorities do anything but protect the public, the cold reality is that they protect their own gravy train and attack the adversaries of their ever-increasing pursuit of wealth. Now I kn ow you're a legal expert but I must take issue with your read in paragraph one. You wrote:

"Let’s look at the situation through their eyes: Had they returned a “not guilty” verdict or had failed to reach a verdict, forcing the judge to declare a mistrial, their lives would have turned into a special kind of hell. They knew what was in store for them and their families if they did not do what the Biden Regime wanted."

If they had declared not guilty, it would have force a corrupt judge who really did not want to, to set aside the vertdict and declare him guilty on all counts. Well it has been done in the past.

It is a truly sad state of affairs that there are not any souls in NYC who have a conscience and a love of country where they would feel comfortable with these words.

"And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." FEAR RULED THEIR DAY. What a sad statement on all of New York.

We live in a Banana Republic when a party in charge can persecute opponents like this.

The jury verdict was a foregone conclusion. Nobody really expected them to be honoest.

So their decision to prosecute Trump to save their own way of life and family was a betrayal on the American people anyway. He is deemed as a felony now. Let's hope the Supreme Court will reverse the damage and they can live with themselves.

Marilyn: I believe the entire case will be thrown out in September because of the ruling on presidential immunity. THAT is why the sentencing hearing was moved from July 11th to September. Diane https://dianelgruber.substack.com/p/scotus-ruling-biden-cannot-be-prosecuted

They had no choice but to convict. I met a man who attended the trial the last two days. According to him, the way the judge instructed the jury, just before they started deliberating, was a clear warning to bring back a guilty verdict. Or else.
