Judge Merchan Lied To The Jury

Democrat Judge Juan Merchan, in giving the jury false instructions, is desperately trying to obtain a conviction of the leading presidential candidate. This political hack will be a hero on The Left if he can trick the jury into convicting President Trump. Nevermind that Merchan knows full well that any conviction will be reversed on appeal because he committed dozens & dozens of reversible errors. BUT, in the meantime, Donald J. Trump will be a “convicted felon.” The Biden Regime has already said they will be campaigning, spewing “convicted felon Trump” blah, blah, blah. They have damaged America and Americans SO BADLY they have nothing else to run on.
After hiding them from Trump’s attorneys and the jury throughout the trial, Merchan finally announced three possible underlying felonies: 1) Tax fraud, 2) State business records violations, 3) Federal election law violations. NOTE: Merchan refused to allow THE expert from the Federal Election Commission to testify about federal election law because it would help President Trump. He told the jurors today that they did not have to agree on WHICH of these three the defendant violated in order to convict him. They could mix & match them to insure Trump becomes a “convicted felon.”
THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE:
Richardsons v United States is a 1999 case wherein the US Supreme Court ruled that the jury MUST BE unanimous in determining WHICH underlying felony the defendant committed. If all twelve cannot agree that Trump violated, for example, federal election law, they must declare a mistrial.
Corrupt Judge Gags Presidential Candidate
The corrupt Manhattan judge in President Trump’s April 15th trial over “bookkeeping errors” should have recused himself immediately after he was assigned to this case because his daughter not only works for the Biden/Harris campaign, which is helping DA Bragg with this case
Merchan is an immigrant from one of the most corrupt countries in the world. He should have never been allowed to be on the bench in the United States. He is more aligned with his own country Columbia and should be stripped of his citizenship and deported back to Columbia since he won’t uphold his oath to the Constitution, America or the American citizens.
Judge Juan Merchan is a Democrat. If he didn't lie, he wouldn't be a Democrat legal hack.
