Well, it will be overturned--not just because of the MANY travesties that occurred at the 'judges' hand during the show trial; but it is a CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION to not present ALL CHARGES ALLEGED IN A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT to allow the defendant to DEFEND THEMSELVES DURING A TRIAL. In this SHOW trial, the 'underlying crimes' were NOT DIVULGED until given in VERBAL jury instructions! Well, the military will have to add about 15-25 more people to the list of people to pick up and transport to GITMO for THEIR TRIBUNALS--and they will NOT be show trials.

I do not feel sorry for the "terrorism" of the jurors. Moral integrity needs to be at the forefront of a juror's mind, as well as everyone's mind. We would never have a fighting force military (top-tier officers are political hacks and have sold out their morality for rank) without moral integrity. I am a prior service US Marine and an Army soldier, having retired from the military after serving 30 years.
Should the jurors have encountered persecution, then that would have been headline lawsuit territory. I struggle to believe in the current "justice" system since it has failed us by using public-educated, Tic-Tok-believing toddlers, masquerading as adults.
Where did moral integrity go? Obviously standing up for what is right means nothing to these jurors. I have no sympathy for moral-less, spineless individuals.
