Biden is just a figurehead. He’s programmed to divert attention. While I’d love to see him jailed, etc., I doubt anything would change.

Well said! Yes, Biden should also be prosecuted for treason.
I suspect several things.
1. Biden won't run again, so his term will end in 16 months. The Republicans won't get their impeachment act together before then.
2. If he is indicted, his lawyers will plead that he is incompetent to stand trial because of dementia. And how can we argue that he's competent?
3. He will get away with it. But maybe Hunter won't.
