Does Biden Have The Cajones To Fight 26 States?

I first heard the term “States’ Rights” when Democrats, who owned our southern states, used their power to implement & enforce various Jim Crow laws and to suppress voting rights for black Republicans.* The southern states in the 1950s, 60s, 70s fought hard against the federal government who was trying to enforce the civil rights of all Americans. Now, they have found another reason to hate the US Constitution. A quick glance at the 26 states who have pledged to protect America’s sovereignty reveals they are Republican-run states and/or Conservative-leaning states. Put another way: they are patriots fighting globalism.

AGAIN, DEMOCRATS FIGHT STATES’ RIGHTS

These last few weeks TV pundits, Biden propagandists and various pseudo constitutional experts have pontificated on whether or not Texas’s move to stop the foreign invasion on their state border is constitutional or unconstitutional. Biden’s hacks claim Texas has no constitutional right to protect its border nor to protect its citizens from foreign invasion. Twenty-five states openly side with Texas, most of whom are sending their national guard troops to Texas to help turn back the invaders.

I, too, with the assistance of “my personal constitutional expert,” Dr. Stephen Putney, have been studying and learning what this particular “states’ right” is all about, and have concluded that all fifty states have the constitutional right to protect themselves from foreign invasion. Thus, the Biden Regime has no constitutional right to federalize the 50 states’ national guards in order to have those guards merely escort illegals into America. Despite its name, each state’s governor is “commander in chief” of his/her state’s national guard.

Does the Biden Regime have the cajones to fight 26 states? Put another way: Are Biden’s Marxist handlers stupid enough to square off against over half the nation? Do I feel the ground shaking as Beijing Biden moves the red line?
