ONE: Destroying Voting Rights For Americans

The Colorado Supreme Court just destroyed voting rights for every American residing in Colorado. In the Democrats’ desperate attempt to prevent Americans from putting President Trump back in the White House, they turned to George Soros’ laughingly-named Citizens for Responsibility & Ethics in Washington (CREW) to file suit to keep Trump off the primary ballot. CREW recruited Anderson to be the plaintiff in 2023CV32577 Norma Anderson et al vs. Jena Griswold & Donald J. Trump.

The Colorado Supreme Court’s seven justices ruled 4-3 to throw the leading (by far) GOP primary candidate off the primary ballot. All seven justices are Democrats appointed by Democrat governors. Take note here: Griswold is the Secretary of State and a Trump hater. Her office did not defend against this action as a normal defendant would, and she cheered the decision.

The court’s lengthy ruling ordered the Colorado secretary of state, Jena Griswold, to exclude Mr. Trump from the state’s Republican primary ballot. The justices also reversed a Denver district judge’s finding last month that the “insurrection clause” did not apply to the presidency. They affirmed the district judge’s other key conclusions: that Mr. Trump’s actions before and on January 6, 2021, constituted engaging in insurrection even though he has never been charged with insurrection, much less convicted thereof.

Trump’s campaign immediately issued a statement saying they would appeal the decision to the US Supreme Court, where the 6-3 conservative majority includes three justices nominated by Mr. Trump. If the justices take up the case, they could determine President Trump’s eligibility in all 50 states.

"The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight and we will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision," read the statement in part. "We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these unAmerican lawsuits."

TWO: Importing Illegals To Vote In 2024

US border officials encountered the highest number of illegal aliens at the U.S.-Mexico border on Monday than any day, upending all other records that the Biden Regime has set over the past three years. Indeed, the inward flow of Biden’s guests has become so overwhelming that the border patrol has shut down legitimate traffic at some southern border crossings.

The Washington Examiner obtained internal US Customs and Border Protection data Tuesday that revealed 14,509 immigrants were encountered by federal law enforcement at the southern border on Monday.  This figure does not include “got aways” who entered America without processing.

The most recent record of 12,000 was set last week, according to Fox News. If Monday's rate of 14,509 arrests per day continued for a month, it would translate to more than 435,000 arrests of illegal aliens.  This has been the single worst 24 hours for our Southwest border in our nation’s history.

The numbers are so overwhelming that the border patrol is busing illegals to other regions for processing. One official at the tent facility told the Washington Examiner that it sends out 30 to 50 large buses of immigrants to other regions each day.

Up and down the 2,000-mile southern border, foreigners have illegally crossed into the United States in recent weeks at rates that are higher than the record-setting numbers authorities have seen since President Joe Biden took office nearly three years ago.

"They're poisoning the blood of our country," Trump said during a rally in Durham, New Hampshire, on Saturday. "All over the world, they are pouring into our country."

At the current rate of crossings, there will be 18-20 million Biden Guests ready to vote by November 5, 2024.
