It would appear that Washington state, where I reside unfortunately for me, is apparently granting DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY to Illegal Alien INVADERS...inslee is ENSURING his Military Tribunal will be short and swift for TREASONOUS activities contrary to the SAFETY of American Citizens. I am sure that his 'party' is so proud of him--but they will run from him when the time comes to do his OWN perp walk. He will have no one to blame but himself

If states start dropping bar exam requirements, why would anyone even TAKE the bar exam? The whole purporse of the bar exam is to see if you are ready to be a lawyer, whether a prosecutor, a defense attorney, or any other kind of lawyer. This could reault in a gradual erosion of our justice system. This could mean more crooks NOT being in jail, and more innocent people being sent to jail/prison. If we have dumb lawyers in our courtrooms, think of the major implications that could have on things like corporate lawsuits against companies, or how lawsuits by you and me against an individual or a company play out. Not to mention these "marginalized" people, I guess that means poor or close to being poor, being allowed to practice. This country will be screwed up even more than it is now, and in just a few years a dumb lawyer is coming to a courtoom near you!! God help us all!!
The dumming down of lawyers is well on it's way. I saw the change between 1986 when I graduated from law school and 2020 when I retired. AND I saw less honesty, too. The Left thinks all darker skinned Americans are marginalized, even the wealthy ones.
So you retired in 2020. Was that because of the pandemic shutdowns and orders to work from home? If you saw the changes happening, then I suppose you are right. As far as wealthy "dark-skinned" people go, I know there are a lot of well-to-do blacks, out there, many nice blacks. Many are quite beautiful, the ladies especially.
Coincidence. I closed my practice 1.30.2020 because I had so many cases due to Trump's booming economy I was working myself into being the wealthiest person in the cemetery. We escaped 12.6.2020 because of the riots.
So you quit Jan. 30th, in time before the world shut down. Who knows what you would have been doing, how you would have handled working from home. Many people did well and didn't mind working from home. Other people likely felt they couldn't cope. I would have had no way of working from home. I am glad I don't work anymore!! I retired in 2016.
And Oregon's Marxist governor, Kate Brown, who went to law school with me, kept state shutdown for over TWO YEARS, the longest of all the states so small businesses were destroyed. 70% were.
WOW, 70%!! Your state got hit hard by her shutdowns. Gee, by the fall of '22, life HERE in New York was pretty much normal other than mask mandates at health-care settings. Those continued until the beginning of THIS winter. Now the health care places are back to optional.
Going forward my husband and I will not see a doctor that graduated from medical school after 2015, more or less, because standards are much lower now.
