Immigration is to alter apportionment and so House Seats and Electoral College votes. Apportionment counts live bodies; that’s it.
Democrat leadership doesn’t care if these illegals vote - they probably don’t want them to. Just pack them in to several blue metros and you move rural & suburban red seats & votes to metro blue. That’s what this is about.

And Blue States are oppressing their citizens, too! Some Red States, like SD, are taking measures to fight back against this. Even my husband, who hates cold winters, is talking about moving full time to our mountain cabin in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
And the Marxists are not hiding anymore. Biden nominated many, many avowed Marxists to various position, including a woman trained in Marxist economics in Russia.
