A lot of the "starving" problems are a result of wasted resources being spent on millions of 3rd-world illegal aliens flooding our country. Many of them are illiterate in their OWN language, have no marketable skills, carry transmissible diseases and have several juveniles in tow needing medical/schooling/food support
