Shortly after a thousand plus Israelis were slaughtered by Hamas, the Biden Regime started talking about bringing 200,000 “refugees” from Gaza. More recently, other Democrats are talking about bringing in 800,000 so-called Palestinians.
200,000 “FAMILY MEMBERS,” REALLY?
On Friday, State Department spokesman, Matthew Miller, confirmed that, looking ahead, “Palestinians may be eligible for a variety of existing pathways to enter the United States, such as immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. We are constantly evaluating policy proposals to support Palestinians who are family members of U.S. citizens.” He did not elaborate on what those pathways might be, but the Biden Regime has a history of ignoring immigration law to suit their political ends. They have already broken too many immigration statutes to count and have abused their very limited authority to parole INADMISSIBLE foreign nationals into the United States, including a variety of special parole programs to accommodate specific nationality groups. The more criminals & mentally ill, the better, is Biden’s immigration policy.
Miller refused to address if the Biden Regime would bother to vet the “refugees” to ensure that there was no Hamas infiltration. That question is foremost on the minds of the Americans and at least 35 members of the US Senate, Republicans all, who signed a letter to Joe Biden on May 1st.
The letter notes that the administration’s resettlement “proposals ignore that Hamas remains in control of large parts of the Gaza Strip…U.S. and allied officials have very little access to Gazans living in the area, making it nearly impossible to conduct thorough vetting before admitting them into our country. We must ensure Gazans with terrorist ties or sympathies are denied admission into the United States—no easy feat, given the fact that the Gazans were the ones who voted Hamas into power in 2006. Without thorough vetting, your administration may inadvertently accept terrorists posing as refugees into the interior.”
The senators pointed out that “Iran has funded, armed, trained, and provided intelligence to Hamas for decades.”
NO ONE WANTS “PALESTINIANS”
Gaza shares a border with Egypt who ruled Gaza between 1949 and 1967. Gazans could easily be evacuated temporarily to the sparsely populated Sinai Peninsula which lies just on the other side of the security fence and two-mile wide buffer zone that the Egyptians have constructed along their border with Gaza. Egypt, too, is afraid of the bloodthirsty Gazans. Sheltering Gaza civilians under the auspices of the UN and other international agencies until there is a cessation of fighting would allow Gazans to return home and rebuild once the war is over. This will not happen if large numbers of people are settled in the United States where they will spew their Islamic hatred toward their American hosts.
Over the years, not a single Arab nation in the region has stepped up to offer temporary or permanent refuge to Gazans, including oil-rich Saudi Arabia and other Gulf emirates. Nor has Hamas’ prime benefactor, Iran, which has provided billions of dollars of munitions to Hamas, been willing to shelter a single Gazan. However, to foment more violence in America, Iran is now offering refuge and scholarships to American college students who have been suspended or expelled from US universities during weeks of violent protests on campuses across the country.
What a laugh! How long would the college babies carrying “Queers For Gaza” signs last in Iran?
PALESTINIANS HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING HAMAS TERRORISTS FOR TWO DECADES
“Biden wants to bring Palestinians into the U.S. by calling them ‘refugees.’ Reminder — these are the same Palestinians who elected and support Hamas,” added Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN).
As Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) observed, “I have zero confidence in Biden’s ability to vet refugees. How will he make sure they aren’t Hamas?”
“Let me get this straight,” Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) posted on X. “Pro-Hamas lunatics have taken over college campuses. And Joe Biden’s response is to consider ‘welcoming refugees from Gaza’? Absolute disgrace.”
“The left and their media allies denied Republican warnings that Democrats planned to import Gazan ‘refugees’ to America. Now, the truth emerges,” Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) said.
The last thing the Palestinians contributed to the world was Arafat’s Nobel peace prize. Only Nobel prize earned by them and it didn’t amount to peace anyway.
Is this irony?
