Corrupt Courts Blocked Trump From Using Same Statute

The three-year evolution of Joe Biden’s immigration lies goes something like this:

1: January 20, 2021, the “Catch & Release” policy began, the “Remain in Mexico” policy ended, construction of the wall stopped and invitations were sent out to every country stating “come one, come all.”

2: January 20, 2021 to January 4, 2023: Invasion?  What invasion? Border crisis? What border crisis?  I don’t know what you are talking about.

3: January 5, 2023, two days after the GOP took over the House, Biden blamed Republicans for his failure to “curb illegal immigration.”

4: February 4, 2024, Biden blamed Republicans in the US House for not giving him “the authority” to decrease the flow of illegals.

5: February 6, 2024, Biden said Trump and MAGA Republicans are "the only reason the border is not secure."

6: February 7, 2024, now that it is an election year, the White House is making noises about issuing an executive order to curb the flow of illegals.  This would reverse, in part, the executive orders he signed on Day 1 which started the foreign invasion which has resulted, so far, in the arrival of 15-16 million unvetted foreign nationals. 

THIS PATHETIC LIAR IS GETTING ON MY NERVES

Since Joe Biden pretends to be president, he has had the following authority since January 20, 2021:

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate." Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.

These past three years, Biden has had the authority and discretion to deny entry to any & all classes of individuals he chose, and for any reason: If an alien or class of aliens might be detrimental to the interests of the United States, Biden could deny entry.  And, he has total authority to select the length of time that he denies entry to said aliens.  For example, he could single out MS-13 members, all of whom wear “MS-13” tattoos, and prevent entry and/or deport them at will.  This would be an easy task for Border Patrol, but they are currently prevented from looking for the tattoos on every thug’s chest.  Biden wanted the drugs, rapes, human trafficking, murders et al that accompanies these thugs. 

BIDEN TO USE POWER DENIED TO TRUMP

The Biden White House is making noises about issuing an executive order to curb the flow of illegals. This is exactly what President Trump tried to do.

To protect the American people, President Trump signed an executive order on January 27, 2017 which would temporarily restrict entry of citizens from Obama’s seven terrorist-producing nations for 90 days,* thus allowing the federal government time to create better vetting procedures

Liberals, Progressives, Marxists lost what was left of their minds.  There were protests in most major cities.  Black Lives Matter and Antifa miscreants spent days at the Portland International Airport harassing travelers by blocking entry to the building and screaming threats.

Washington State AG Bob Ferguson, a Democrat (and an avowed Freedom of Speech hater), promptly filed a complaint with a known Liberal federal district court judge in Seattle. Completely ignoring the federal statute, this activist judge ruled the temporary travel restriction to be unconstitutional. His ruling was upheld by the Marxist Ninth Circuit.

In conformance with the court’s ruling, Trump signed a revised Executive Order.  Still not satisfied, The Hair On Fire Left dug up a faux plaintiff and filed a complaint with a federal judge in Hawaii who promptly ruled that the second EO would harm tourism, but a terrorist attack would not.

While handwringing over the future of the refugee resettlement program, a federal judge in Maryland also stopped this second EO.  President Trump was placing the safety of Americans ahead of the privilege of foreigners moving to the US. Can’t have that!!!!

GEORGE W. PLACED FOREIGNERS ABOVE AMERICANS’ LIVES

Under this statute, President George W. Bush could have, and should have, stopped all entry into the US by anyone from the 13 identified terrorism-sponsoring nations.  Moreover, given that the 19 terrorists who slaughtered almost 3000 Americans on 9/11 had come here with US government permission, but overstayed their visas, all citizens from these 13 nations could have and should have been deported by the end of September 2001, with an invitation to re-apply for another visa after tougher vetting requirements had been established.

The hysteria from The Left has ignored one basic fact:  A foreign national has no “right” to enter the United States.  Zip.  Zero.  Nada.  Such persons have no rights under the US Constitution unless & until they set foot in our country.  They may have the privilege of entering the US on work visas, tourist visas, refugee visas or numerous other visas, but this is totally based upon statutes enacted by Congress.

The federal government’s main duty is the protection & safety of American citizens.  Our government and politicians have NO obligation to foreign nationals. Despite his 1,001 lies, we see by his actions that Joe Biden places foreigners, even foreign criminals, above law-abiding Americans.

*Based upon research conducted by the Obama Administration, seven countries were identified as having either poor or no systems of documenting their citizens: Libya, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Yemen & Syria.  Therefore, when their citizens apply for US visas, our government is unable to determine their backgrounds, plans, affiliations, attitudes to insure that the applicant has no plans to harm Americans.
