Some would call this “turnabout is fair play.” I call it “using Democrats’ methods against them,” not for revenge, but for accountability. Democrats created lawfare, they taught the rest of us how to use it and it is now available for Republicans to use against Democrats. It is long past time for Republican Attorneys General, Republican District Attorneys and even Democrat AGs & DAs who still believe in the Rule of Law throughout the nation to put together lawfare task forces. These task forces should target high profile elected Democrat officials & bureaucrats, and investigate them. We already know that many, many elected officials, more Democrats than Republicans, have used their offices to benefit themselves & their cronies at the expense of their constituents and/or used their offices to illegally promote an America Last Agenda.

Indeed, the Pennsylvania Attorney General can start with the Bucks County Election Board who has openly ordered their staff to count illegal ballots, in violation of state election statutes AND in violation of a recent state supreme court ruling which upheld that statute. Even though she is a Democrat, her duty is to promote the Rule of Law by stopping the four of counties who are illegally counting illegal ballots because they want to keep the incumbent Democrat, Bob Casey, in his US Senate seat so he can thwart Trump’s America First Agenda.

WITH TRUMP’S MANDATE, REPUBLICANS CAN GROW A BACKBONE

I believe that it will not be necessary to twist statutes into pretzels, like both DA Bragg and AG James did to persecute Trump, in order to indict Democrats. Many Blue state Democrats break the law in the open because they know they have cover. They know most Republicans have too much class to treat Democrats like they have been treated. Republicans have been holding their heads high while Democrats destroy America. THAT ATTITUDE MUST END!!!!

Off the top of my head, here are just a few examples of the Democrats who can be prosecuted:

1. Trump’s new Attorney General can start by firing, investigating & prosecuting any & all FEMA personnel who interfered with private hurricane aid and/or distributed aid based upon any criteria other than need. Mayorkas needs to be prosecuted for giving FEMA funds to illegals and/or to NGOs to be used on & for illegals.

2. Trump’s new AG should begin on Day One to investigate and prosecute any and all of Biden’s corrupt henchmen for lying under oath at various House & Senate hearings, starting with FBI Director Wray, DHS Secretary Mayorkas, Secret Service Directors Rowe & Cheatle, AG Garland, and many others.

3. State Attorneys General can investigate and prosecute Anthony Fauci in every state where Americans died from Covid-19. In addition, Trump’s AG should prosecute Doctors Fauci and Birx for both lying under oath at numerous Senate & House hearings and lying to We The People, as well as for crimes against humanity.

4. State Attorneys General can investigate and prosecute Alejandro Mayorkas and Joe Biden for aiding and abetting drug trafficking, human trafficking, and numerous other crimes. If nothing else, they are certainly guilty of financing this lawbreaking using our tax dollars. Both have also violated their oaths of office.

5. Florida’s Attorney General should indict Biden’s Special Prosecutor Jack Smith for manipulating, doctoring and hiding evidence in the “Trump documents” case. He should also be disbarred.

6. Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Benny Thompson, Jamie Raskin and various others on the J6 Kangaroo Committee should be investigated and prosecuted for illegally destroying evidence and testimony. Trump’s new Attorney General should begin on Day One.

7. Georgia’s Attorney General should investigate and prosecute Stacey Abrams for election denial, and Fulton County DA Fani Willis for numerous crimes, including perjury and colluding with Biden’s White House to prosecute Trump and his lawyers.

8. Hunter Biden has admitted that he bought and/or used illegal drugs and/or drove while drugged/drunk and/or bought prostitutes and/or violated the Mann Act in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida and Washington DC. These known crimes total 172. Where are the Republican District Attorneys in the counties where he broke the law?

9. Trump’s Department of Justice should indict every one of the 51 “CIA & intel officials” who wrote a letter claiming Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation.” They intentionally interfered with the 2020 presidential election and should be prosecuted. They should also lose their security clearances on January 20, 2025.

10. Trump’s Department of Justice should investigate and prosecute any & all, whether Democrat or Republican, whether elected lawmakers or bureaucrats, involved in creating and perpetuating the Russian Collusion Hoax, such as Adam Schiff, James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, to name just a few.

WILL TRUMP PROSECUTE DEMOCRAT CRIMES?

President-Elect Donald J. Trump has not yet revealed if or when he will use lawfare against Democrats after he returns to the White House. He has implied that he won’t have time to deal with these corrupt people because he has a country to save. Indeed, there are so many to target, he would need to set up a huge task force to study the illegalities of Democrat politicians and bureaucrats. I disagree with that attitude. The reason Democrat crimes have mushroomed in recent years so due to the fact that they never pay for their crimes. If they feared possible prosecution & imprisonment, there would be fewer Democrat crimes.
