At the May 2024 World Health Assembly, the Biden Regime is set to sign onto the Global Pandemic Treaty to make the World Health Organization (WHO) superior to our constitutional system, thus pushing our elected representatives at all levels of government, federal, state & local, out of the decision-making process vis a vis “public health.” Such a “treaty” would allow WHO to force Americans to submit to medical treatment against their will, much like Biden did during Covid, only worse.

This treaty pretends to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. In reality, it makes the WHO America’s Grand Overlords. Once signed, the WHO claims it will be legally binding between countries and between the WHO and each country, WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE US SENATE, which is constitutionally required to approve/disapprove ALL treaties. WHO and Biden are calling it an “agreement” to dishonestly & illegally circumvent the Senate’s authority.

One year ago today, Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13) re-introduced the Protecting American Sovereignty Act, which has a chance of becoming law when President Trump sits in the Oval Office again. It is short and straight forward. In the meantime, some states are standing up to protect their citizens.

In 2005 the WHO Constitution established International Health Regulations “to prevent, protect against, control and provide a public health response to the international spread of disease in ways that are commensurate with and restricted to public health risks, and which avoid unnecessary interference with international traffic and trade.” Having completely failed to “protect against” the creation and spread of Covid-19, the United States should reject the proposed treaty out of hand.

NEW HAMPSHIRE EXCEEDS FLORIDA 

Last May, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed four bills designed to maintain Floridians’ medical autonomy; however, New Hampshire is taking it one big step further. New Hampshire’s House Bill 1156, which is currently being debated, will block WHO from interfering in their state. This bill, too, is short, straight forward and can be found in its entirety below.

Since the Biden Regime and most Democrat politicians are hellbent on wiping out both our national sovereignty as well as our personal sovereignty, it is up to the states to use every constitutional power they possess to protect their citizens.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to public health, safety, and state sovereignty.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1  United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization; Jurisdiction.  The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization shall have no jurisdiction in New Hampshire. The state and its political subdivisions, including, but not limited to counties, cities, towns, precincts, water districts, school districts, school administrative units, or quasi-public entities, shall not engage in the enforcement of, or any collaboration with the enforcement of, any requirements, mandates, recommendations, instructions or guidance provided by either organization. Furthermore, any requirements, mandates, recommendations, instructions, or guidance by either organization shall not be used in this state to justify any mask, vaccine or medical testing requirements and shall have no force or effect in New Hampshire.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
