If Trump’s Words Triggered 1/6 Protests, Biden’s Words Lead Directly To Murder

The 41-year-old suspect has already confessed to murdering the 18-year-old because he was a “Republican extremist.”  This murder took place just 17 days after Joe Biden stood in front of Philadelphia’s Independence Hall and screamed into the microphone: 

“Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic!”

Biden went on to say “there’s no question that the Republican party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans, and that is a threat to this country.”  “They are a threat to our personal rights and to the pursuit of justice, to the rule of law, to the very soul of this country,” Biden declared.

BIDEN’S MARCHING ORDERS

“We are not powerless in the face of these threats. We are not bystanders in this ongoing attack on Democracy,” Biden said.  He demanded that his Useful Idiots “stop the assault on American Democracy.”  He went on to accuse “Republican extremists” of “promoting authoritarian leaders” and fanning “the flames of political violence.”

Shannon Brandt apparently took Biden’s command to heart.  When it mistakenly dawned on him that Cayler Ellingson was a “member of an extremist republican group” Brandt got into his SUV, chased him into an alleyway and ran over him WHILE HE WAS ON THE GROUND, seriously injuring Ellingson. He died shortly thereafter at a hospital.

Brandt told the 911 operator that Ellingson was threatening him "with something to have to do with -- something with an extremist republican group." Brandt claimed that Ellingson made a phone call and was heard saying "I thought he was republican (background noise) or something. You're going to have to come here and handle him."*

During the 911 call Brandt said that he tried to "take off" and then "hit him," because the teenager allegedly would not "let him go." [The victim did not have a car.] Brandt fled the scene, and was later arrested him at his home. Police say the results of Brandt’s breathalyzer test were above the legal limit.

ELLINGSON CALLED HIS MOTHER FOR HELP

According to court documents, Cayler Ellingson, 18, called his mother shortly before the murder to ask if she knew who Shannon Brandt was. The teen had reportedly attended a street dance in the Foster County, North Dakota community of McHenry earlier that night. His mother told her son that she did know Brandt, and that she was on the way to pick him up. In a second call, Ellingson told his mom that Brandt was chasing him. By the time she arrived, it was too late. Her son was dead.

“POLITICALLY MOTIVATED ATTACK”

At his arraignment, Brandt seemed puzzled as to why he was even arrested. He even asked IF he would go to prison.  After all, he only did what Biden had told all good Americans to do, get rid of Republicans because they are a “threat to this country.”  Court papers called this murder a “politically motivated attack.”

Brandt was originally charged with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a deadly accident. The charges were later upgraded to First Degree Murder.  He confessed to intentionally chasing down Ellingson when he was running away and intentionally striking him with his SUV.  This retired attorney, yours truly, believes this was definitely premeditated since Brandt spent about an hour looking for & running over the teen miles from where the two had originally met.

North Dakota Highway Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind said that there was “no evidence” suggesting that the teenager was part of a “Republican extremist group.” His friends say that Ellingson was not interested in politics.

Brandt is being held on $500,000 bond awaiting trial in late May. Brandt is a North Dakota resident. His victim was born and raised in North Dakota.
