As Americans were being killed in Israel and several more were being held hostage by Hamas, Joe Biden cancelled his official duties at 11:34 am on Sunday to host a barbecue. He hosted a barbecue at the White House just hours after Hamas terrorists attacked Israel. As the heavy fighting between Israeli forces and Hamas animals ensued, live music could be heard coming out of the White House. As Biden partied on, the world watched the deadliest day of fighting in the Israel-Palestine conflict for decades.
Today, Biden shuffled to the microphone, two hours late, to mumble his way through the speech his handlers wrote. The tone of his words contained the anger we have grown used to, as well as his signature mean look. The words may have been “correct,” but sincerity was lacking. AND he did not mention Iran.
At least 1000 Israeli citizens and 14 Americans have been killed by the terrorists, since the incursion by Hamas according to the Associated Press. Israel has officially declared war against this Hamas, which has been designated as a terrorist group by both the U.S. and the European Union. Unknown numbers of people were taken hostage by these animals, including the elderly and children. Israel and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken also reported that American citizens may have been taken hostage.
PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP:
During Monday’s remarks at a rally in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, President Trump said this "happened for three reasons:” 1) Iran reaping oil revenue from relaxed sanctions enforcement, 2) "our country's perceived weakness" during Biden's term, and 3) the U.S. freeing up $6 billion in Iranian funds as part of a prisoner swap.
Admitting that Biden is "laughed at all over the world," Trump pointed to his own sanctions enforcement and unilateral withdrawal from the multinational Iran nuclear deal as evidence that he would be tougher on Iran if Americans elect him instead of Biden in 2024. At the same time, he portrayed Biden and his administration as being out of touch, noting that national security adviser Jake Sullivan said less than two weeks ago that the Middle East is "quieter today than it has been in two decades."
FORMER HOUSE SPEAKER KEVIN McCARTHY:
"This administration must also make clear that harming any American will really result in the wrath of the United States," McCarthy said on Monday. "We cannot repeat what happened in Afghanistan. It must be clear that we do not negotiate with terrorists and no American will be left behind."
"Now is the time for action," McCarthy said as he held an unusual news conference in the Capitol while much of the Deep State was enjoying a paid federal holiday. "America needs a five-point plan to meet this moment, to help our ally Israel and to strengthen our own future."
"And to the president, turn off the barbecue and speak to the American people," McCarthy demanded.
Competency is not the issue. Evil is!
