Election Interference On Steroids: “Show Me The Man And I’ll Show You The Crime”

Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless and longest-serving secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror in Russia and Eastern Europe, bragged that he could prove criminal conduct on anyone, even the innocent.  “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” was Beria’s infamous boast. He served as deputy premier from 1941 until Stalin’s death in 1953, supervising the expansion of the gulags and other secret detention facilities for political prisoners.

Beria targeted “the man” first, then proceeded to find or fabricate a crime. Beria’s modus operandi was to presume the man guilty, and fill in the blanks later. By contrast, under the United States Constitution, there’s a presumption of innocence that emanates from the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments, as set forth in Coffin vs. U.S. (1895).

It is no coincidence that Trump’s indictment was issued just hours after the public learned that there are 17 audio tapes, being hidden by the FBI & DOJ, wherein Joe & Hunter are talking to a foreign national about bribe money.

IF THE RULE OF LAW WAS APPLIED, THESE “PUBLIC SERVANTS” WOULD ALREADY BE IN PRISON

Diane will read Jack Smith’s political indictment against President Trump immediately after Joe Biden is indicted and tried for accepting foreign money to influence his decision-making as an elected official.

Diane will study Smith’s indictment against President Trump right after Hunter Biden is indicted and tried for violations of the Foreign Agent Registration Act. 

Diane will review this partisan hack’s indictment against President Trump when Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is indicted and tried for thousands of admitted & proven violations of the National Archives & Records Act (NARA), by setting up & using a private non-secure server in the bathroom of her private residence, for transmitting classified documents on said insecure server, and for destroying 33,000 emails under subpoena. This is the same statute that President Trump is being charged under.

Diane will follow Smith’s political prosecution of President Trump when Senator Joe Biden and VP Joe Biden are indicted and prosecuted for having ILLEGAL possession of classified documents. 

Diane will read Smith’s political indictment of President Trump right after Chelsea Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and everyone involved in the Clinton Crime Family Foundation are indicted under RICO, FARA, fraud and any other federal statute that applies.

STEALING & DESTROYING CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS EQUALS SMALL FINE FOR DEMOCRAT

Sandy Berger, President Clinton’s top National Security Aide, is the last lawbreaker working for a Democrat president to be charged for violating federal law.  Since then, the DNC has developed such a tight grip on the Department of Justice that they will no longer investigate and prosecute wrong doing by high-profile individuals connected to Democrat officials.

After the attacks of 9/11, Berger was vocal in defending the Clinton Administration’s counter terrorism record, and it was this passion that led him to steal classified documents and notes from the National Archives several months before his testimony to the 9/11 commission.  Four years after the theft, Berger pled guilty to a misdemeanor and was fined $10,000.  So, why is President Trump “facing” hundreds of years in prison? 

Clinton was out of office and Berger no longer worked for him when he stuffed classified documents into his shorts and socks and left the National Archives building.  He later destroyed three copies of the same document pertaining to terror threats received by President Clinton a year before September 11, 2001.  Had Clinton acted upon those threats, could 9/11 been avoided?
