Unfortunately, McCain’s embittered “no” vote was also a costly slap in our nation’s face, making “Maverick” McCain look like a loser, which in many respects he was.

I don’t even have to put on my tinfoil hat to believe that Covid was inflicted on the world for a variety of evil reasons, one of which is to eliminate Millions of seniors with health problems globally. For money savings, and to get rid of the traditional people who would oppose their New World order.
Covid damaged lungs, lung problems are big cause of death for seniors AND, those “experts” who used our tax $$$ to create a new virus HAVE NEVER EXPLAINED WHY MANKIND NEEDS ANOTHER DISEASE.
It is always worth mentioning Ted Stevens’s being law-fared out of the senate by Democrats prior to Obama’s deceitful, careful blowing-up of the economics of healthcare by systemic, regulatory capture and strangulation. Imagine what the healthcare sector would be like if it were free to adopt the competitive, consumer model for delivery of care.
My take is that the Dems are whining about how the truth about Obamacare is revealed. In other words "the jig is up."
I remember how Speaker Gangster told us in 2010 "you have to pass it to read it." Then the multi-thousand page bill barely passed in the House by 3 votes and tied in the Senate.
Later years revealed the ACA was NOT affordable and had to be subsidized by taxpayers dollars with rising profits going to insurance companies.
I believe the " opiate epidemic" was also created to deny seniors with chronic pain from cancer, arthritis etc adequate legitimately prescribed pain control, hoping to force them to sign up for assisted suicide. Why else would they impose such draconian restrictions on Rx pain meds while allowing street fentanyl to freely flow over the open border.
Excellent point! The excuse that a dying person will become addicted never made any sense. In Canada 5% of deaths are caused by assisted suicide because their socialized medical system can't or won't provide patients with proper care.
It's horrible! Even our animals can no longer get adequate pain control . They can only get anti inflammatory meds that help some, but aren't enough after a surgery or severe injury. Or gabapentin,which does absolutely nothing. If we get a severe cough we can only get Tessalon, which does nothing.
Interesting you mention animals. Our precious Misty, a Boston Terrier, was given gabapentin when she hurt her leg by falling down the motel stairs in Pocatello. It gave her bad side effects so we took her off it. Did not seem to do anything for her injured leg.
Our late Sparky boy had a large growth removed and was released with only gabapentin that he was already on for a neurological issue. He was screaming in pain as we left the clinic and continued to scream at home every time he moved. I called the clinic and they wouldn't give him anything else. Thankfully my husband had some tramadol left over from a previous surgery that gave Sparky some relief.
Apparently there had been an issue with people,whose own doctors had cut them off because " opiate epidemic",intentionally harming their own animals to get access to pain meds. Of course only an addict or general scumbag would stoop to such a thing.
I appreciate your advice; but, I lived through it via my many clients. I was practicing law in Oregon until retirement in January 2020. That said, I will be writing another article about it shortly. BTW, the media and AI cover for this legislative monster so HONEST data is hard to find.

I smelled a rat when the media started hyping up how " dangerous" opiate pain meds were, when these drugs have been used safely for over 100 years.
