Normalizing Child Sex Abuse

The United Nations is mainstreaming sex between adults and minors by promoting the abolition of laws forbidding sexual activities between adults and children.  They recently sponsored a report called “The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex, Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty.” Whenever the UN mentions “human rights” grab your wallet and hide your kids.  You can be assured they are planning yet another way to harm innocents, steal your rights and increase their power.

8 MARCH PRINCIPLES

Quoting the “8 March Principles” Statement:  “Sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law.  The enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them.”

“Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity, and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.”

DECONSTRUCTING NEWSPEAK

Let us deconstruct this Newspeak: “the . . . capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in . . . sexual conduct. . . .”  Long, long, long ago society determined that children don’t have “capacity” and needed to be protected from sexual predators, that is, from adults who would sexually use & abuse them.  THUS, there are criminal penalties, and it some cases civil penalties, against adults who engage in sexual conduct with minors, regardless “how much the child wanted it.”  Not that long ago, the age of majority in the United States was 21.  In 1973 the age of majority became 18.  And, depending upon the state, the age of consent for sexual activity is 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18.

“Their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy.  .  .”  “Progressive autonomy of a three-year-old?” Another pile of buffalo feces.  Allow me to translate: Any adult, any time, anywhere, may have sex with any child regardless of his/her age with no criminal or civil consequences.  Period!  The UN is currently in the process of adopting the “8 March Principles.”  It is just a matter of time when they try to force these sick principles on the US to undermine America’s age-of-consent laws.

US taxpayers fund 22 to 27 percent of the UN’s budget, yet we receive very little benefit from being a member. Indeed, in recent decades, the UN has sought to destroy America’s autonomy and Americans’ freedoms.

THE US SHOULD GET OUT OF THE UN & KICK THEY OUT OF NEW YORK CITY.
