STATEMENT AND PRESS RELEASE CONCERNING THE CONVICTION OF PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP
Yesterday, May 30, 2024, in the State of New York, President Donald J. Trump was convicted of 34 felony counts.
The Spokane County Republican Party condemns in the strongest terms this blatantly political and prejudiced trial and conviction of President Donald J. Trump. We believe this decision is a gross miscarriage of justice and a complete disregard for the principles of our Constitution, our Laws, American fairness and due process. This is a sad day for America.
The conduct of the trial against President Trump was severely biased, from the contrived charges, the judge, the prosecutors, the gag order, and the government witnesses. The jury questionnaire questioned whether the jurors were or potentially were supporters of President Trump, yet questions were not asked relative to support for Joe Biden, against whom President Trump is the Republican Candidate in the coming November Presidential election and who leads in many polls over Joe Biden. Finally, the defense lawyers for President Trump, as well as his witnesses in this trial, were obstructed at seemingly every turn from being able to defend President Trump according to his rights guaranteed to him under our Constitution.
President Donald J. Trump has been a steadfast advocate for American values and a champion for the American people. Throughout his presidency, he worked tirelessly to strengthen our country and our economy, secure our borders, and uphold our constitutional rights. His unwavering commitment to putting America first has earned him the respect and admiration of millions of Americans.
The charges brought against President Trump are unfounded and politically motivated. It is clear that this verdict is the result of a partisan witch hunt aimed not just at tarnishing his legacy, but blatantly undermining the will of the American people, who to this day support him by the millions, over the Democrat candidate and current President Joe Biden.
As members of the Spokane County Republican Party, we stood firmly behind President Trump, and even more so now, stand with him in his efforts to defend himself against these baseless accusations, to right this tragedy of Justice, and to become the 47th President of this great Country.
We call on all citizens and residents of Spokane County, Washington State, and all of America to join us in denouncing this miscarriage of justice and standing up for the principles of fairness, integrity, and due process that are the foundation of our legal system. May God bless us all and this Country we love.

Gloating Democrats, from NumbNut Biden down to our casual acquaintances who think they have "won" something with Donald Trump's conviction in a Kangaroo court of crimes he didn't commit, don't realize that they, like all Americans, have lost the legal protections afforded us by our Constitution, Bill of Rights, Rule of Law and due process. It's a time for weeping, not gloating.
