More Proof J6 Was A Set Up: Ray Epps Gets Slap On Wrist

Who can forget the images of Ray Epps in his red Trump hat telling Trump supporters to go into the Capitol building?  His face was on the FBI’s Most Wanted list for about 15 seconds, before they realized he was one of the 200+ “FBI assets” who were there on January 5^th & 6^th, 2021 to stir up the crowd. SEE ARTICLE BELOW It took the corrupt DOJ well over two years to charge Epps, and only after public pressure & public exposure. But, the FBI did not drag him out of his home, half naked, to be perp walked in front of his neighbors like they have done to virtually every other J6 defendant, even those with attorneys who promised to surrender.

Epps was captured on video in Washington DC on January 5^th & 6th, after traveling there from his home in Arizona.  In footage from the night before the faux insurrection, he was seen urging people to enter the Capitol building.  Members of the crowd were suspicious and chanted back, “Noooooo, Fed! Fed! Fed!" Thus, accusing him of working with federal law enforcement to entrap them.  In the middle of the afternoon on January 6^th after Americans had entered the Capitol building, Epps texted his nephew bragging that he had “orchestrated” the “siege” of the Capitol building.

On the 6^th, just before Americans pushed down the fence in from of the Capitol steps, Epps was seen on video whispering into the ear of a man who then charged at police lines.

HATED OATH KEEPERS WERE TREATED DIFFERENTLY

Epps was a member of the “evil” Oath Keepers, so the corrupt DOJ threw the book at him, like they did to all other Oath Keepers, right? Wrong!  While Enrique Tarrio, who was in Baltimore that day, rots in prison for the next 22 years, Epps was sentenced to one year of probation, a $25 fine, $500 restitution and 100 hours of community service.

Biden’s corrupt DOJ allowed Epps to plead guilty last year to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct on restricted grounds. He faced a maximum of one year in prison and one year of probation. Prosecutors had asked that he serve six months of prison. Wink, Wink, Nod, Nod.

Prosecutors noted at length that Epps, age 62, never entered the Capitol building and did not charge him with engaging in any violence or destruction on January 6th. Say what? The US District Attorney in charge of the J6 persecution of Trump supporters marked the third anniversary of this Fed set up by announcing that they were widening their search for Americans to include anyone who was on government property that day.

JUDGE SLOBBERED ALL OVER EPPS

Pam Hemphill, a 69-year-old cancer patient from Boise, Idaho, was arrested on August 3, 2021 and pleaded guilty in January 2022 to a single misdemeanor count of unlawful parading, demonstrating or picketing at the Capitol. She was sentenced on May 24, 2022, to 60 days in jail and three years of probation. She was also ordered to pay $500 in restitution. Her crime? She went to DC to take videos OUTSIDE of the historic event taking place, and had no plans to enter the Capitol building. READ WHAT HAPPENED TO HER, IN HER OWN WORDS, BELOW*

Prosecutors, Epps’ defense attorneys and the judge all agreed on one point: that Epps' world was upended after January 6th. Prosecutors argued that "Ray Epps has been unfairly scapegoated" in the aftermath of January 6th. What the hell? There are Americans rotting in the DC Gulag, awaiting trial, denied their constitutional right to a speedy trial, yet the judge and prosecutors feel sorry for Ray Epps? Did I read that correctly? Beam me up, Scottie!

"While many defendants have been vilified in a way unique to January 6th, you seem to be the first to have suffered for what you didn't do," Chief Judge James Boasberg said during Epps’ sentencing.  Boasberg noted that Epps "had to live life like a fugitive because of lies others spread." Epps now lives in a trailer in the woods, his attorney, Edward Ungvarsky, wrote in a court filing. So? Many J6 defendants were stipped of all their assets & income and were reduced to living off the charity of friends & relatives. Is Epps “special” because he was an FBI asset? How did Epps afford a prominent, Yale-graduated DC criminal attorney, when most J6 defendants were stuck with inexperienced public defenders? Did the Biden Regime, George Soros or some other Get-Trump political organization pay Epps’ legal fees?

“Lies others spread?”  Epps is shown on tape, multiple times, urging others to enter the capitol, judge.  Didn’t anyone show you the videos?

*Pam was caught up in a crowd that pushed her through the Capitol doors. In her own words: “But there's people in front of me and they shoved me. That's when I asked an officer to help me get out because they had already trampled on me on the steps. I cut my knee, broke my glasses, stepped on my head, pulled out my shoulder. So, I asked them to take me out and he did, and that's what I got in trouble for, and I broke the law. I was on the other side, I didn't do it on purpose, it wasn't intent.”
