July 13, 2024: A Unifying Leader Was Born
Tucker Carlson, political commentator extraordinaire, took to the stage at the GOP Convention and gave one of the most intuitive, and yet inspiring, speeches I have ever heard:
“I have been to many convention and I have never been to a more fun convention or a convention with better vibes. They literally let Navarro out of prison!”
“I watched the video of what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania about 50 times. I was one of about eight billion people around the world who watched it. Everything was different after that moment. This nation is different. The world is different. Donald Trump is different. When he stood up, after being shot in the face, bloodied, and put his hand up, I thought at that moment, this was the transformation. . . . He was no longer just a party’s nominee or a former president or a future president. He was the leader of a nation.”
“There is a difference. The title of president doesn’t make a person a leader. Being a leader is very different. It is not a title. It is organic. You can’t name someone a leader. A leader is the bravest man. That is true in all human organizations. That is a law of nature. In that moment Donald Trump became the leader of this nation.”
“A leader’s courage gives courage to his people.”

It was a week ago we all saw what happened live. I saw it myself. If you think about it, that chart saved his life, because of the way he turned his head when speaking about that chart. When that chart saved his life, it was then he was like a TRUE leader, as you say. Yet there are crass people like on The View who dare question what transpired last Saturday. This woman named Joy on The View claims he staged it for a photo op. REALLY? This was no photo op!! If he had died on the spot, would Joy be asking the kinds of questions she is asking now? How about asking the questions about the miserable security failures that almost plunged our nation into a chaotic scene? How about asking the questions of how a 20-year-old risked throwing his life away just to kill Trump, and how did he get his Dad's gun? Another question is where is the Mom in all this? I haven't heard yet. These are questions Joy SHOULD be asking, not about if it was a photo op or why the SS allowed him to stand up. He only stood up momentarily to wave and shout FIGHT 3 times and was then shoved into the car. The SS didn't take too long to shove him into the car. Joy thinks it took too long. Joy would rather wonder what's under the bandage on his ear, then marvel at Trump's leadership and ability to persevere from adversity. It appears the left will not give up easily. At least we know we have a man who we hope will be out future President in a matter of a few months!! GO TRUMP!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!
