Will Daddy Change His Mind About Gun Control?

Hunter was so proud of his debauchery he took pictures of himself in various states of intoxication & nudity, including having sex with prostitutes. In several photos he posed with his gun like a street thug.

TAKE NOTE: The gun Hunter is holding in his hand in the above photo is NOT the gun he illegally purchased in October 2018 that is the subject of the current faux prosecution. The gun at issue is a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver. We don’t know if he legally or illegally purchased the handgun in the photo. We don’t know who owns the gun in the photo. Nevertheless, if the US DOJ were conducting a REAL investigation, Hunter’s possession of THIS gun would be part of it.

UNEQUAL “JUSTICE” ON FULL DISPLAY

Hunter Biden’s father has long hated the Second Amendment. Throughout his life long career grifting off American taxpayers and trading influence for cash, Hunter’s father has used power, influence, coercion, and threats to take firearms away from law-abiding Americans while allowing criminals to retain their guns.  It is beyond ironic that his crackhead son should be the one to, potentially, “save” Americans from his anti-Second Amendment tyranny.

According to Hunter’s own words (found in his book “Beautiful Things,”*) he was using illegal drugs when he purchased a handgun from a licensed dealer.  To buy the gun, he filled out the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Form 4473.  This form required him to avow that he is not “an unlawful user of, or addicted to” any “controlled substance.”  So, Hunter lied on this ATF form.  There are people locked up in federal prisons right now for doing just that, lying on ATF Form 4473.  Just ask Kodak Black.

THE BIDEN CRIME FAMILY IS ABOVE THE LAW

The public now knows that Hunter’s father’s Department of Injustice has chosen not to punish Hunter for the firearm violation, nor for the five tax years of MASSIVE income tax evasion, so far tallied & proven by the IRS to be $17 Million (investigative reporters have uncovered at least $36 Million) nor the other 10 crimes uncovered by the House Oversight Committee.**  But, while the unprecedented five year long pretend investigation drug on, Hunter’s lawyer argued that his client could not be held liable for this crime because (wait for it!) barring illegal drug users from buying guns is unconstitutional.  (Insert emoji here with its brain exploding!)  Had this case gone to trial the lawyer would have argued that a June 2022 US Supreme Court decision, which Hunter’s father railed against, expands gun rights to include drug addicts.  Ha!  Pass the crack pipe!

EXPANDS GUN RIGHTS TO INCLUDE DRUG ADDICTS?

Isn’t this just too amazing for words?  In a nutshell, at the very time his father is pushing for ever more gun control, including bans on gun accessories, attacks on firearms & ammunition manufacturers and armed raids on gun dealers, Hunter is using his Second Amendment rights to save himself from sharing a prison cell with Kodak Black.^  Ha!  Oh, the sweet irony!  As Rush used to say, you cannot make this stuff up.  When one has no principles except lying, pandering & grifting, one can expect such paradoxical quandaries.

*”Beautiful Things” came on the market April 6, 2021.  Why, oh why, would Hunter’s father allow him to write, much less publish, a book that proves he raised a degenerate son?  I take this as another “middle finger” to the American people, much like allowing Hunter, wife & son to move into the White House while evidence is mounting that Hunter & Dad, Inc. made millions selling America’s interests to the highest bidder.

**During the US House’s IRS whistleblowers’ hearing this week we learned that federal investigators originally stumbled upon Hunter’s name while investigating an international sex trafficking ring.  Apparently, Hunter had used their services in violation of the Mann Act which makes transporting a person across state lines for the purpose of having sex a FEDERAL FELONY.

^Oops!  Hunter would need to find another cellmate.  Kodak Black is being released in August after spending three years and nine months in prison for lying on an ATF Form 4473, EXACTLY like Hunter did.
