HUNTER GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES

CONVICTED FELON HUNTER BIDEN:

The son of the man who lives in the White House, was found guilty today by a Delaware jury on all three counts, which have a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison: 1) First son is guilty of falsely filling out and signing an ATF form in order to deceive the firearms dealer; 2) Crackhead is guilty of falsely filling out and signing an ATF form; and 3) As a prohibited person (who cannot legally own a gun because he was a drug addict), Debauched Hunter is guilty of illegally possessing a gun. The prosecutor’s most important piece of evidence was Hunter’s laptop which detailed, almost daily if not hourly, his drug fueled debauchery. The FBI had had possession of the laptop since 2019 and an FBI agent testified to the laptop’s authenticity.

JUST ONE GUN?

TAKE NOTE: The gun Hunter is holding in his hand in the above photo is NOT the gun he illegally purchased in October 2018 that was the subject of the federal trial in Delaware. The gun at issue is a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver. We don’t know if he legally or illegally purchased the handgun in the photo. We don’t know who owns the gun in the photo. Nevertheless, if the US DOJ were conducting a REAL investigation, Hunter’s possession of THIS gun would be part of it.

Hunter Biden’s father has long hated the Second Amendment. Throughout his life long career grifting off American taxpayers and trading influence for cash, Hunter’s father has used power, influence, coercion, and threats to take firearms away from law-abiding Americans while allowing criminals to retain their guns.  The Biden Regime gave the Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) marching orders to re-imagine and re-interpret statutes, rules & regulations such that fewer & fewer Americans could afford the lawfare cost of gun ownership and more & more firearms stores are closing due to ATF harassment.

For the first time, a White House set up an Office of Gun Violence Prevention. Since Biden put Kamala Harris in charge, it is a paper tiger; nevertheless, it is one more way the Biden Regime has threatened Americans into not exercising their Second Amendment Rights.

HEADED TO PRISON?

According to Hunter’s own words (found in his book “Beautiful Things,”*) he was using illegal drugs when he purchased a handgun from a licensed dealer.  To buy the gun, he filled out the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Form 4473.  This form required him to avow that he is not “an unlawful user of, or addicted to” any “controlled substance.”  So, Hunter lied on this ATF form.  There are people locked up in federal prisons right now for doing just that, lying on ATF Form 4473. 

*”Beautiful Things” came on the market April 6, 2021.  Why, oh why, would Hunter’s father allow him to write, much less publish, a book that proves he raised a degenerate son?  I take this as another “middle finger” to the American people, much like allowing Hunter, wife & son to move into the White House while evidence is mounting that Hunter & Dad, Inc. made millions selling America’s interests to the highest bidder.
