How Many Terrorists In The Air? Air Marshals Are At The Border!
Making Sandwiches For Foreign Invaders
Where are the Air Marshals? They are either at the southern border or tracking Americans who may have been near DC in January 2021. At least 200 foreign terrorists, among the 11 million new arrivals, have entered our country since Biden opened our southern border. We need Air Marshals IN THE AIR as much as we needed them on September 11, 2001.
Sonya Hightower-LaBosco, Executive Director of the Air Marshal National Council (AMNC), recently told Glenn Beck that “we are blinking red.” That means America will suffer another significant terrorist attack soon given that so many unvetted foreigners now reside in our country and given that less than 1% of our domestic flights contain air marshals, down from at least 5% before the Biden Regime re-assigned them to non-security tasks.
In mid-2021, with a massive increase of illegal aliens held in custody, the Federal Air Marshal Service asked for volunteers to deploy to the U.S.-Mexico border for 30 days. However, in early November, the Biden Regime announced air marshals would face mandatory deployments of indefinite duration as the shortage of Border Patrol agents worsens. This move strips 99% of commercial airline flights from federal protection.
U.S. air marshals are reportedly staging a "mutiny" on the Biden Regime over its immigration policies, as they plan to refuse mandatory deployment orders to the southern border and, thus, face possible termination. Dozens of air marshals argue that abandoning their flight assignments will leave more American fliers more vulnerable to threats over the busy holiday travel season.
The mandatory deployments would leave just one-in-100 U.S. flights with federal agents on board, one-eighth of normal coverage.
BABYSITTING FOREIGNERS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PROTECTING AIR PASSENGERS
Air Marshals are generally regarded as the most elite marksmen in law enforcement. Sending them to the nation’s southern border is both a waste of their highly specialized training and a violation of federal law. Mayorkas is sending Air Marshals to El Paso, Laredo, & McAllen, Texas, as well as San Diego, California and Tucson & Yuma, Arizona. Marshals are performing “Hospital Watch, Transportation, Law Enforcement Searches, Welfare Checks, and Entry Control” according to the AMNC.
Highly-skilled air marshals deployed to the border are being made to perform civilian humanitarian duties, such as heating up sandwiches, driving illegals to the hospital and waiting inside for hours, and effectively babysitting adults who are already in confined spaces.
Year to date, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has recorded 2,178 reports of unruly passengers, 767 investigations initiated, and 517 enforcement actions taken, the letter said. Just last month, November 2023, two major security incidents on aircraft happened because there were no air marshals on board to stop the perpetrators.
The first incident involved a man who boarded Frontier flight 1761 with two box cutters on November 11th and threatened to stab passengers and crew before being subdued by passengers. The flight had to be diverted. The second incident involved a man who was allowed to board JetBlue flight 871 with a small-edged weapon, which the suspect placed to the throat of another passenger.
CHRISTMAS WARNING TO MAYORKAS
There have been two attempted attacks on our homeland since 9-11 during the holiday season. The National Association of Police Organizations issued a statement supporting the reportedly dozens of air marshals who plan to refuse the mandatory border deployment.
"The Federal Air Marshal Service is understaffed and covering the fewest number of flights since before September 11, 2001," the statement said. "We strongly question the decision by the Department of Homeland Security to divert much-needed aviation security to the southern border especially as we enter the busiest travel season of the year, particularly as a federal emergency has not been declared at the border."
Meanwhile, the TSA defended the Biden Regime's operation:
"Federal Air Marshals are performing law enforcement support to the mission at the southwest border," a TSA spokesman said. "The TSA Federal Air Marshal Service is a highly valued member of the DHS law enforcement team and has an ever-expanding role within DHS, working closely with other U.S. and international law enforcement agencies to safeguard the nation’s transportation systems."
According to David Londo, the President of the Air Marshal National Council, these deployments are leaving “a gaping hole in our aviation security.”
“What is happening during the busiest travel time of the year, a time where the homeland has been attacked twice in the past, the shoe and underwear bombers, is irresponsible and dangerous,” he said. “As our families board flights this holiday season they will assume the government is doing their job of protecting their flights, but instead the reality is the government is prioritizing the welfare of migrants over their security.”
With our border and immigration policies, the terrorism issue is massive. It’s not if but when another 911 disaster happens. I can think of tons of ways a terrorist can wreak havoc with a bit of dynamite or a big bag fentanyl, etc.
So let’s keep putting our heads up our butts an pretending that we are safe.
I used to fly 100,000 miles per year when I was a national sales manager. Will be a cold day in hell before I take to flight again.
