DC Swamp To Control Local Zoning: Residents Have No Say

“Biden is trying to destroy the suburbs and reduce them to the plantation dependency of the inner cities.”*  What better way to destroy middle-class suburbs (and the middle class) than to force them to build Section 8 housing for Biden’s special guests? Not only will this change the entire neighborhood environment, but it will significantly lower home values. Many homeowners will see the equity they have built up in their homes completely sucked out.  Obama started forcing suburbs and towns to build such housing over a decade ago, and he had some successes on the East Coast. At that point, we knew there were more than 22 million illegal aliens living in America.  In barely two years Biden has increased the numbers by seven million.  What is the current total?  Forty million?  Fifty million? Sixty million?

Middle Class Americans have decreased in numbers these last two years, with many of them pushed down the economic ladder. As the Biden Administration moves ahead with plans for low-income housing for illegal aliens in the suburbs, the Middle Class will receive another gut punch.  Our overlords now demand that state and local governments submit racist “equity plans” to the federal government as they move toward wiping out LOCAL zoning rules & regulations in suburbs, towns and small cities.

Since the illegals are here, they must live somewhere, as they will never be deported.  After all, they can’t live in taxpayer-funded hotels & motels forever.  Biden’s HUD secretary thinks they should live elbow to elbow with YOU, but NOT elbow to elbow with the Ruling Elite.  Therefore, Secretary Marcia Fudge is now targeting 1,200 small cities, towns, and suburbs all across the country with threats: Build Section Eight housing OR ELSE.  In 2012, HUD dispersed about $3.8 billion in grants to these 1,200 municipalities to entrap them.  Fudge is now demanding they build housing for illegals, or face prosecution, denial of future HUD funds and/or worse.

During his 2020 campaign from the basement Biden said he would put Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) in charge because he came up with “The Booker Plan.”  The Booker Plan would deny highway & street funds to suburbs, towns & small cities unless they submit to doing whatever the DC Swamp demanded. 

If a suburb, town or small city stands up to their overlords and fights back, its residents will be driving on deteriorating streets and roads.  Eventually, the roads will disappear and residents will be forced out of their cars, walking to the nearest public transportation.  The Booker Plan would also accomplish another Democrat goal: permanently getting Americans out of their cars.  The Ruling Elite will still have their chauffeur-driven Cadillacs, Limos and Lucid Airs ($77,000 to $169,000 electric vehicle), however. 

KILLING THE BURBS STARTED UNDER OBAMA/BIDEN

In 2009, Ron Sims, Obama’s deputy secretary at HUD was not very subtle: “They have already said that quarter acre… single family residential zoning is potentially discriminatory, and what they would do is take away any restrictions that limit height, density, acreage, and number of bedrooms in any community.”

“If you live in that quarter acre or half acre residential neighborhood, the federal government is saying that a 13-story apartment building could be right in the middle of it, government-subsidized, because there needs to be equal mix, in their view, of ethnicity, of race, of income, etc.”

Yikes!  Can you say racism?
