george, you may be more right than you realize with respect to RICO. I can think of two sets of circumstances in which the RICO statutes might apply. One would be if those operating and/or possibly funding the ICE tracker used it to intimidate (blackmail) law enforcement agencies or individuals working within them. A second would be if anyone makes money off the use of the ICE tracker as it is used to obstruct the normal functioning of law enforcement.
I know pretty much that these groups are being financed with money coming from across state lines and possibly even out of country also. I am not an attorney nor versed in the laws pertaining to the Rico act organized crimes but I understand that has weight in considering the charges.

Living in the San Fernando Valley, the Coachella Valley, and San Diego (~20 years in SD), I have had to deal with INS for most of my life, long before Trump. I’m white, and I couldn’t even count the number of times some aggravated ass in an INS uniform LOUDLY demanded for me to prove where I was born (and mostly naturalized Mexicans working for them, no less). My Mexican friends always talked about “La Migra”, my entire life there.
How that was set up and operated was mainly on the State of California. Sure, it is a federal agency, but CA was a happy home for them all of those years. CA law enforcement was delighted to cooperate with them forever… until now. These people can spare me their histrionics. I know better.

Those morons who are complicit in this plot need to be prosecuted under the rico laws that are made to put a stop to this organized crime. Somehow they think that they are exempt from prosecution. This isn't politics, it's criminal behavior.
george, you may be more right than you realize with respect to RICO. I can think of two sets of circumstances in which the RICO statutes might apply. One would be if those operating and/or possibly funding the ICE tracker used it to intimidate (blackmail) law enforcement agencies or individuals working within them. A second would be if anyone makes money off the use of the ICE tracker as it is used to obstruct the normal functioning of law enforcement.
RICO might just be the way to go.
I know pretty much that these groups are being financed with money coming from across state lines and possibly even out of country also. I am not an attorney nor versed in the laws pertaining to the Rico act organized crimes but I understand that has weight in considering the charges.

I remember long ago when a DHS director, Ice Director, AG, and President told US that Governors and Mayors would be subject to arrest and prosecution for doxing and interfering with ICE. Obviously I was mistaken….

I am sure this is obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice. However, political courage is needed to charge sitting congressmen.
Holly, I believe the answer to your question is yes. I posted earlier that I believe it is both obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice. But it may be that those charges cannot be leveled against anyone until someone uses the "ICE tracker" to commit a crime.
It just takes a massive dump of false eyewitness accounts to overwhelm their system. How hard would it be to do that?

This is such absurd theater. I was born in Van Nuys, CA in 1965 and lived most of my life (until 2008) there. Living in the San Fernando Valley, the Coachella Valley, and San Diego (~20 years in SD), I have had to deal with INS for most of my life, long before Trump. It wasn’t Trump that set up those checkpoints. I’m white, and I couldn’t even count the number of times some aggravated ass in an INS uniform LOUDLY demanded for me to prove where I was born (and mostly naturalized Mexicans working for them, no less). My Mexican friends always talked about “La Migra”, my entire life there.
How that was set up and operated was mainly on the State of California. Sure, it is a federal agency, but CA was a happy home for them all of those years. CA law enforcement was delighted to cooperate with them forever… until now. These people can spare me their histrionics. I know better.

No, I didn't say that very well. When I wrote "(~20 years in SD)", I meant to say that, of my time in California, 20 years of it was in San Diego alone. Did you know that you cannot drive on any major freeway out of San Diego without being stopped at an immigration checkpoint? Likewise, if you take Amtrak out of San Diego northward, at one of the stops (Oceanside, IIRC), they have immigration come on the train and shake people (like me) down.
To George Darley's observation below, indeed, they didn't care what you look like. On the freeway checkpoint, every single car gets stopped, but on the train, they are a bit more time constrained; so, they have to be somewhat selective but, white or not, you were likely to be questioned.
But, during the Biden Regime lots of foreigners were crossing from Mexico into California, right? Did Biden stop these inspections?
Well, I don't have personal experience with that, because I left California in 2008. I moved to Southern Maryland since then. I don't believe that the San Diego area ever had a mass influx like Texas, but there's a whole lot of border outside of San Diego. I had never heard of the usual checkpoints being closed ever, but with Biden, who knows? It wouldn't surprise me either way.

I agree with you as ICE has the right to protect themselves. But heaven forbid the protesters are shot and killed when they are trying to assassinate ICE, they will scream these poor people were killed for no reason!
