CNN’s Dana Bash and Jake Tapper have been chosen to be the faux moderators at Thursday night’s presidential debate. This debate, if one wishes to call it that, will be unique for three reasons: It is being held before the RNC and DNC have officially nominated these candidates, it is the first one that was not organized and hosted by The Commission On Presidential Debates since its inception in 1987 and each candidate’s microphone will be muted when his opponent is answering a question. It remains to be seen, however, if the microphone rule will be equally applied to both candidates. Jake Tapper has expressed so much hatred toward President Trump over the last nine years that he won the Trump Derangement Syndrome Blue Ribbon.
Thursday night’s debate won’t, however, be the first presidential debate wherein partisan hacks masquerade as objective moderators. CNN assigned Obama campaigner, Candace Crowley, to moderate a debate between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in 2012. When Romney seemed to be winning the debate Crowley stepped in and corrected Romney using a lie about Obama’s actions following the Benghazi massacre.
Dana Bash’s ex-husband, Jeremy Bash, was one of the 51 signatories to THE BIG LIE letter. We now know, had the facts on Hunter’s laptop been exposed before the election, President Trump would still be in office. At the time Mr. Bash signed that letter the FBI had had possession of the laptop for over a year and had verified it as authentic. [The prosecutor in Hunter’s recent gun trial used it as evidence against Hunter and an FBI agent testified to its authenticity.] Nevertheless, 51 Deep State hacks & traitors, including Mr. Bash, chose to lie to their fellow Americans, hoping they would vote for a man who had sold out his country’s interests over and over again for cold, hard cash.
An article in, IIRC, 2022, noted that 16% of Biden voters would not have voted for him had they known the laptop was true. I’m sure it’s only a matter of hours before Garland indicts those 51 NatSec goobers for election interference, right?
This is the government for which the Founders gave us 2A.
