Rule Of Law On Life Support In Georgia
Judge Scott McAfee ruled this morning that, despite the massive mountains of evidence that DA Fani Willis perjured herself, she can remain on Trump’s RICO case in Fulton County, Georgia. Was he afraid to fire a black woman because he is running for re-election and his challenger is a black man? Does the judge have Trump Derangement Syndrome? If he dismissed her from the case he knew the trial would be delayed past November’s election, so he had to keep her. To pretend his ruling is sane, he gave Willis the choice of firing the overpaid boyfriend she broke up with last summer, OR getting off the case herself. Ha!!!! The public doesn’t have to wonder how the egomaniac will decide, do we?
McAFEE’S RULING DENIES REALITY
In the ruling, Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said, “The prosecution of this case cannot proceed until the State selects one of two options. The District Attorney may choose to step aside, along with the whole of her office, and refer the prosecution to the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council for reassignment. See O.C.G.A. § 15-18-5. Alternatively, SADA Wade can withdraw, allowing the District Attorney, the Defendants, and the public to move forward without his presence or remuneration distracting from and potentially compromising the merits of this case.”
“The established record now highlights a significant appearance of impropriety that infects the current structure of the prosecution team - an appearance that must be removed through the State’s selection of one of two options. The defendants’ motions are therefore granted in part,” the ruling said. “The appearance standard recognizes that even when no actual conflict exists, a perceived conflict in the reasonable eyes of the public threatens confidence in the legal system itself. When this danger goes uncorrected, it undermines the legitimacy and moral force of our already weakest branch of government.”
McAFEE THINKS AMERICANS ARE STUPID
“The message I want to convey is no ruling of mine is ever going to be based on politics. I’m going to be following the law the best I understand it,” McAfee said.
This remark defies his own words: “and the public to move forward.” AN ETHIC JUDGE IGNORES WHAT THE PUBLIC WANTS.

If Marxist Willis takes her kangaroo indictment to trial she is running the risk of exposing, for all the world to see, that huge numbers of fraudulent votes were knowingly counted to give the faux win to Demented Joe in 2020. Can you spell “illegitimate president?”
I said all along that this would be the outcome, and I was correct. I agree 100%, McAfee is corrupt. I pray his decision costs him his upcoming election.
Judge smacks Fani down and he loses the election to continue being a judge. The race card is big deal in that district!!
